I am writing to my future neighbor who will be living behind my home in Highland Village. If you are considering buying a house from this construction company, please be extremely careful and pay close attention to the details. They may end up selling you a home with a damaged fence.
For several months now, I have been begging this company to repair the fence that they damaged when they prepared the land to build the house behind mine. I have gone to their offices in person, contacted them by phone, email, text messages, and multiple calls, and none of these efforts have resulted in my fence being repaired.
My first point of contact was Monika Randall, followed by Mayra De Leon, and unfortunately I have received absolutely no results from either of them. I also reached out to our HOA for help, and even with their involvement, I have still been unable to get the fence fixed.
To all future homebuyers in this area, I can honestly say that if this company does not care to resolve an issue as small as this one, I can only imagine how they would handle a serious warranty issue with the homes they sell. On top of that, this company does not even offer to provide homeowners with their own fence.
Please pay close attention to the details and strongly consider looking for other options with builders who demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and real commitment to their homeowners and neighbors.

To my future neighbor behind my home in Highland Village: if you are considering buying a house from this builder, please be very cautious and pay close attention to the details. They damaged my fence while preparing the lot for construction and, despite months of requests, have failed to repair it.
I have contacted their offices in person, by phone, email, and messages. My contacts included Monika Randall and later Mayra De Leon, with no results. Even after involving the HOA, the issue remains unresolved.
If this company will not address a problem this small, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle warranty issues. They also do not provide homeowners with their own fence. I strongly recommend considering more responsible builders who show real commitment to their customers and neighbors.

I dealt with Dana Burton to purchase a chesmar home, she didnt have the model we needed but she answered alot of questions I had about upgrades. She was amazing, Im sorry we couldnt buy with her, I saw over 20 agents when i was looking for a new build but she by far exceeded all expectations. She is a big part of the reason we chose chesmar (I was stuck on Westin) she was so helpful. She should be regional and teaching others how to handle potential buyers imo.

If you are in the market for a new home in the George town area, We would recommend checking out Chesmar Homes in Highland Village and see Dana Burton. We cannot begin to explain how detail oriented Dana is. She answered every one of our questions and had feed back on selection choices. She took her time to go over every single detail with patience and care. Its refreshing to be a veteran and have someone give their time and attention to concerns and worries. We want to thank you again Dana for everything you have done for us. We wish you all the success and recognition you deserve.
We lost our Chesmar in December 3024, but they let us use our EARNEST MONEY on our new home. The same home we love the style of this home like a farm house type but a 1000 times better.Megan is now our Chesmar representative. The last time it was another Chesmar star Lara. Great family of folks and we are excited to get into our new home.
