  tldr: Shipped broken tiles and never follow up! I ordered tiles for my balcony from this store because I had purchased from them years ago and needed a match. Found the same tiles, scheduled delivery—everything seemed fine. Then the delivery showed up with broken tiles. The delivery driver even confirmed that’s how they came from the warehouse and took photos. I called immediately, and Jason from the office said they’d reorder replacements and follow up within a few hours. That follow-up never happened. The next day I called again—someone else answered, had no idea what I was talking about, and promised a callback “in a few minutes.” Again, nothing. I followed up via text and email—completely ignored. At this point it’s obvious: they shipped damaged product and then stopped responding altogether. This isn’t just bad service—it’s zero accountability. I’m disputing the full charge with my bank. I have all the evidence, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re okay being left on your own after they take your money.

  Wonderful experience! Heidi was great to work with, she listened carefully to my wants and helped me pick out the beat option! Nelsvic and crew did an awesome job on the install. I wish every store offered such a great shopping experience!

  Worst experience. Delivered wrong material 3 times!!! Waisted driving time and money with my contractors showing up. Worst part , they said they would refund my $ back to me and now they don’t want to because their rep doesn’t want to. Amber the sales rep didn’t want to lose any money on her end either , so again they don’t care about their customers just their bottom line. I DO NOT recommend this place.

  Amber went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. She even went to another store to get the samples we needed to take home. True genuine care for customers young and old. We are so grateful to have found this place. Such a great selection of tiles and literally the nicest people most caring people we’ve done business with.
