  Floor King Georgetown was great. We had them remove the old carpet from our stairs and second floor and match it to the LVP we have in the rest of our home. Heidi is the best! She was able to provide a quote very quickly and schedule our install within a week. She also checked in after installation to make sure we were happy with the end result. The installers did an amazing job. It looks like a completely different house. I highly recommend Floor King in Georgetown.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heidi was awesome! She went above and beyond to help us pick out our carpet, even bringing samples to our home so we could see how everything looked in our space. Her service was excellent from start to finish. We also have complete peace of mind knowing that Flooring King will be there to help if anything ever comes up. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Debbie Moore (sales consultant) and Nelsvic Hernandez (installer)! We were instantly comfortable with and confident in Debbie's expertise. We found the multitude of flooring options impressive and the ease of doing business with Floor King just can't be beat! Nelsvic kept us "in the loop" throughout the installation which was accomplished in a single day (I would have bet they were going to need a second day to finish, but they got it done - expertly - in a single day)! The new floors look amazing and we couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Floor King!

  Lisa was so helpful and attentive and helped assure a quick turn-around. Denise in scheduling helped when we had to do a little switch with our install date. And Manuel and his team did an amazing job with our lovely carpet! All in all a great experience. I especially appreciated the great communication. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience with Floor King from start to finish. They had a large showroom with plenty of samples, and Debbie Moore was so helpful from start to finish. She made the process as seamless as possible and communicated clearly as to what to expect along the way. Installer Nelsvic Hernandez and his crew did a fantastic job removing the tile and installing the new flooring. I’m amazed at how quickly and efficiently they tackled the job. We love the end results so much!
