She kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and well organized. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her attention to detail gave us complete confidence in our flooring selection and project planning. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Heidi truly went above and beyond. We're extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend both Heidi and Floor King to anyone looking for new flooring.

They were conscientious and careful in moving all the furniture, fixing pre-existing divots in the floors, and continually cleaning up as they went along. The floors look and feel amazing- and they worked hard until every last section was done. I highly recommend these guys, and Heidi too, for setting me up with this winning team!
