- GGGailSep 26, 20265.0Our with Floor King was excellent from the start. Heidi, the sales rep, was helpful, available if we had questions and professional. It is because of her knowledge and professionalism that we chose Floor King. The installers were skilled, friendly, professional and cleaned up after their work was complete. It is a pleasure to have such an experience as this. Our floors look amazing and their team deserves praise.
- CWchrista wehlingSep 2, 20265.0Wow!!! What a wonderful experience! From beginning to end, Heidi was informative, thoughtful and guided me through the whole process. I am so impressed with her and her crew. They were always on time, very professional, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I love my floors! Thanks again!
- BTBryan ThomasAug 28, 20265.0Heidi deserves far more than five stars. She went above and beyond throughout our entire flooring project, remaining readily available and helping us navigate every detail, nuance, and unexpected hurdle, including circumstances completely outside her control. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Our new wood flooring is absolutely beautiful, and the tile work is magnificent. Heidi’s attentiveness, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and commitment to getting every detail right made all the difference. As a local Realtor serving the Georgetown and Austin area, I will have complete confidence referring my clients to Heidi. She helped transform our five-year-old home into a stunning property that could sell instantly, even in today’s challenging market. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. This company is incredibly fortunate to have her. If they are not careful, I may recruit her to spearhead my own remodeling projects! That is how confident I am in Heidi and her capabilities. Outstanding work and an exceptional experience from start to finish! Bryan
- CSCarla SimonsAug 19, 20265.0Great experience. I had carpet pulled up in two rooms and wood flooring put down to match what I had elsewhere in house. Carl was wonderful to work with and the installation crew did a great job, cleaning up everything before they left. Smooth process and my floors look great. I’d recommend.
- BUBrad UAug 19, 20265.0Debbie was great to work with. We are happy with our new lvp floors, and Nelsvic and Mingo did a nice job on the installation.
