- GDGregory DavisApr 10, 20251.0I paid way too much for a leak detector from Trane to receive the less than satisfactory customer service as I did from Monica at your Garland location. She was rude and acted like she didn’t want to deal with the warranty. I got mad and rude back. Certainly more so than she. So she called my company on me and tried to get me in trouble. I paid almost $700 for the tool!!! Customer service should be polite and friendly. I did not get a hint of courtesy from her. So I gave her in return a lot harder than what she give to me. I’m asking all techs to stand in solidarity with me and not purchase any tools from Trane. I promise you will not receive another dollar from me again. P.S. Trane is not the reliable product it used to be. You’re not innovating. You’re inventing more unreliable products.
