Randy was a great professional, as all techs are at Speakes. These guys go the extra mile to make sure the problem is fixed 110%. I have been using them for the past 15 years and have recommended them many times to my friends.

First of all, I would like to thank Speake's Plumbing for staying in business as long as they have. Our home is over 70 years old, and we have lived in it since 1979. As the years have gone by, I have seen 90% of the small plumbing company's' and hardware stores either close are sell out to big box stores which makes it hard and expensive to support this old house. On 9-25-26 I called them out to check a leak I could hear in the bathroom. Turns out it was the drainpipe in the wall (which was my nightmare) but I was assured it would be fixed and after a day's work, it was. Speake's should be proud to have employees like Randy and Hank working for them. Randy not only knew what he was doing, he represented Speake's as if he was the owner. He did a fantastic job on the repair and explained each step to his apprentice Hank who soaked it up like a sponge. As 45-year tradesman it's good to see young folks get involved. This is not the first time I have used Speake's, and I can assure you I will use them again if and when this old house rears its ugly head. Thank you, Donnie

Quick response, and Lucus was very personable, didn't call me out on my mistake, let me know that it happens. A bit of a sticker shock on the itemization but the plumbing issue is resolved and I now have options when / if the spigot has issues again in the future. I'm honestly amazed at how quickly Lucas worked.

Mike did a great job taking care of the water leak in our master bath. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. I appreciated how he explained things and gave me options with pros and cons. We have been using Speake’s Plumbing for many years and are pleased to see their service continues to be excellent.

Had a plumbing leak that we thought was a slab leak. Had Speake's come out and take a look. Lucas and Randy were both great, had to cut some walls open to find the leak, but they located it. Found some 60+yr old copper drain pipe that finally corroded and was leaking. What the original builders didn't know back then was you cant join pieces of pipe that are dissimilar metals. This causes galvanic corrosion. So, they removed the old copper pipe and replaced with PVC, and so far we are leak free. I feel the price was fair with what they had to do. Will definitely use them again for future repairs.
