I went to point out Philip claim that I had codes that were broken. None of them are broken talked in front of a renter of the duplex took pictures inside my inside house without my permission or even asking. Very eager to find all these devices, Breaker Box, AC inside and outside, water heater. Below is how 30 of time he was seeking to make more money then Respecting Myself the house the next-door, neighbor. This is sad. Freaking frustrated as I’m typing all this stuff. Wasting my time because I’m pretty sure the whole company does this when they go to peoples houses. Repeat this: Your company employees should never be taken pictures of item that on list to repair. Ask customer if they take pictures then can agrees Explain that his phone is not the company’s phone. This is how it played out My issue was no electricity in the house after TXU said to me it’s working up to meter. So I called y’all. Philip showed up before 11am. Which I expected. I explained what going on. Once he was in front of the Breaker box. His insulated last person that worked on it. Told me it out of code. Told had to be in Bedroom. Turns out nothing of this is true. Then he asked where is my ac, (Why does he need see my ac. That no electricity in house.) He took pictures on private phone.) went back breaker box. Took the panel off. He Said “oh”. Did not say why. Try to wiggle a wire. Did not move. Then Put the panel back. Wanted see the meter. This is a duplex house. He talked in front of Renter. Claimed that we had go in her House on different day.. At another time and run the wires Outside the house. I finally asked him. What is the problem with electricity? He said we have to change the wire from the meter to the breaker box We came back to the other side asked where the AC unit on the outside is did not explain anything to me. Took more pictures on his private phone. Went back in the house and he goes. Where is your water heater so I can make sure you don’t have any other codes that are that need to be addressed. When I pointed to it, he took the fastest two steps to see it in the house. Took more pictures. How do I know he’s wrong about the codes because he called the code person that does codes. I am Electrician so I can’t explain what he said to me. But he was wrong. My suggestion: Very egocentric person you’ve hired and if you keep him. This is what you want. Any one at MilesStone. Do not reply to my message. Do not call me. You will frustrate me more. I’m a customer. I’m not your whipping boy so leave me alone and do the right thing and give them training all your sales people not to sell insult talk back to people take pictures for no reason I had no electricity that was the problem address the problem in immediate time not 45 minutes later 30 minutes later and don’t make the customer ask. What should they do when that’s all you have

I was disappointed on July 1,2026. My air conditioning was serviced and went out the same day. I called Milestone on an emergency basis and received service on July 4, 2026. James McCreary saved my HOLIDAY and knew exactly what to do and got my air back up and running. James was kind and professional. THANK YOU.... thanks to James ... Milestone has a customer for life .... p.s. James also gave encouraging words to my son on how to become an air tech 😍

Called for an estimate on new ac equipment, at first things started fine, but a few things came as red flags: -Salesman didn’t seem to read the room and understand I know a little about hvac and did not care about pre-planned customer concern videos and spiels, tried to show me gimmicky like displays when all I wanted was to know what I’m getting and is the price reasonable Price, was given two quotes that would be between 19-23k BEFORE interest (additional 3-5k), way above everyone else, unjustifiably high Salesman kinda got pushy after awhile as I tried to really think about it, did not seem to want me to actually evaluate if 19-23k was reasonable -Did not sufficiently justify replacing a 4 year old heater with the other stuff as numerous other places told me such a switch was 110% unnecessary (and I knew this going into it but he still was adamant about it) Salesman seemed to dodge my most pressing need of potentially having oversized unit due to current one being a 4 ton and has a 8-10 at most on and 5-10 off cycle on average on hot days (should at least be 15-20 on 7-10 off) and at one point became dismissive of this concern when such cycles cause faster wear and tear Finally when I asked to sleep on it, salesman became visibly upset, not sure if he realized this, most salesmen I’ve experienced usually are respectful of such responses, especially when you’re asking for 20k+ on a project, this made me realize he was not in it for helping me but strictly to quickly squeeze every extra dollar he could squeeze from of me, which went against the entire sales pitch he started with, and made me question the entirety of what they’d offer.

Expert service from William, who did the thorough inspection and tune up of my AC in 100 degree Texas heat. He took videos and explained all my options for what needs to be replaced. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold. Very professional and committed to excellent service. Thank you ! A few days later, Scott came out to inspect my unit and share his expertise on whether an upgraded unit or repairs would make sense. With adequate images and illustrations, I was able to make the best decision for my home and didn’t feel upsold. I am confident with my decision to invest in a new unit that will service my home for years to come, which is compulsory in Texas’ extreme temperatures. Milestone employs competent experts who care. This much is obvious. Finally, Timothy and his team came out the same day to install the new AC system. I am amazed how much they accomplished in one day. They added a new vent to my ceiling as well. They left 8 hours later with no evidence that they were there except a noticeably cooler home, which I shall enjoy for years to come. In the past I used to be a penny pincher and paid for it later. For work that matters, such as a cooling system in a State that is only getting warmer, choose excellence the first time. Choose Milestone.

Jacob Kellar provided excellent service while troubleshooting and resolving my electrical issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain the solution in a way that was easy to understand. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. His attention to detail, great communication, and friendly attitude made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend Jacob to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy electrician.
