After experiencing SEVERE cracked tiles, ceilings, and walls, Chesmar was notified repeatedly for the same issues we had been experiencing since moved in. Now fast forward almost three years later same issues. Chesmar stated that a year ago, it's now our responsibility to fix it. Horrible builder! New buyers beware moving to the Garden Ridge area. It's nothing but rock and clay out here. With that being said, document everything.
