    I have visited four other builder before selecting Chesmar Homes in Jordan Ranch. I have also visited Chesmar Homes Model homes at Austin and Dallas area. I loved Chesmar Home build quality, selection, plans with unique design floor plans with lots natural light. I am very impressed with entire Chesmar Team members. I have started with Joseph Mann who has answered my lots questions related to build, quality, standard options and available selections. I have sent email at late night and he has responded in very professional manner. I was impressed with his attitude toward detail explanation of build process, product knowledge and guiding us to make good selection for our new home. Thank you Joseph. Afterward, I will also work with Eric Howze temporarily taken over Joseph Mann position. He was very responsive to my inquiry and taken care our requested selection option change in timely manner. Thank you Eric. I have also worked with Shelly Girdlestone. She has provided us with our new home photos, weekly call with completed items and pending items for next week. She has answered my inquiries about home completion status and all of other concerns related to new home and area. Thank you Shelly especially for taking care my mom for few hours awhile I was closing my home with N-Title and CLM mortgage. I really appreciate it. Finally, I am very lucky to have Randy Hayes as my construction manager. I have spoken him on weekly call providing update on what has been completed and what next schedule for next week. He has also informed us any delay due to supplies issues. I was impressed with his preparedness during our walk through prior to closing and his eagerness to show our new home with all of selected options and take time to explain interior and exterior home features and require home maintenance after the closing . During our walk through, he already printed provided home inspection report and ready to tackle each concerns items. We did completed our walk through and blue tape any area require minor correction. There were very few no major issues with home. Thank you Randy for building our dream home with detail. We are impressed with your transparency with construction delay reason, establishing reasonable expectation and provide us with quality home in timely manner. We do appreciated your hard work building my dream home. Since I was building home from out of state, i was very nervous. After closing with CLM mortgage and N-Title, The entire building new home with Chesmar was breeze. Thank you Chesmar and entire wonderful Chesmar team members for building quality home from start to finish.

    I bought a Chesmar home in Jordan Ranch. While I am not unhappy with my home, I am unhappy with their building process. Chesmar is building another home on my street and all day, everyday trash is strewn around by the workers. Chesmar does not insist that the workers keep the homesites clean or put a trash can on site. Every day I clean up beer cans and subway sandwich bags that fly into my yard. It's maddening to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to come to this view.

    Our sales consultant, Joey Mann, was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! His expertise, guidance, and knowledge of the process made it one of the easiest home purchases ever. We love our Chesmar home!
