  We used Ace Handyman Services to upgrade 8 door locks in our home. The technician (Justin) was very friendly and professional.He completed the job very quickly and nicely. This was the first time we used Ace, it will not be the last time. Thank you Justin.

  As a small business owner in Katy, I work with a lot of other local businesses and value good communication. I was referred to Mauricio, who he said was the owner of Ace Handyman of Katy, regarding a repair project. I explained the scope of the work, and he told me he would review it and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. Considering I spoke directly with Mauricio, the owner, I expected better customer service and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company.

  I had another excellent experience with the Ace Handyman Services Fort Bend County team. When we returned from a short beach vacation we found a light fixture mount in our kitchen had broken and was hanging down from the ceiling. I called Ace and they were able to rearrange personnel schedules and send Justin Manak to our home by the end of the same day. Justin found a way to reattach the mount and rehang the light fixture without the need for additional parts. In addition, he was so efficient that he helped me hang a new TV in the bathroom, and change bulbs and batteries in other light fixtures around the interior and exterior of the house. Justin was so personable and willing to help that I realized having Ace Handyman Services in the house helped greatly in accomplishing other tasks that had been put off. I highly recommend Justin and Ace Handyman for their work ethic and commitment to their customers!
