  In Texas, a company can not force a Mechanical Lien based on a verbal agreement. The verbal agreement was to provide excellent service and completion of 12 exterior windows. And that the company did not provide before any type of payment can be made. My spouse and I can formally swear and attest that we did not sign any contract. Severe punishments for companies that knowingly file a fraudulent lien can be liable to $10,000 and my attorney fees under Chapter 53. I will document everything from photos to videos. I will hire a home inspector/ independent contractor to provide a written statement of what is the cost to fix the bad work. This is concrete proof of the financial damages. When certified , I will need to take you to small claims court. The shield of Archangel Michael will guide and protect me.

  While remodeling parts of our home, we needed to temporarily move some heavy items to another room. We called Ace Handyman Services in Fort Bend. We previously had used their services, and the technician (Justin) had done a great job. They assigned Justin to the job. He again did an excellent job.
