  Robinson flooring did a top tier carpet install into my home. The installers are top notch from beginning to end. Everything went as smoothly and efficiently as described by Logan. Logan is a great at the details of the job. We were dreading doing this project and Robinson!Flooring took those concerns away. We could not be more happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any flooring project. Their installers were the most helpful people I have ever worked with and got in and out of of my house as expected

  They were Fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Robinson Floors. I stopped by their store off Ohio and explained my situation to Logan B. Very knowledgeable young man and very easy to talk to. Made an appointment, paid and went home to start moving my stuff. Logan called with option for a day earlier. Of course I was excited to take it. The crew showed up on time about 9:30 am and I couldn’t believe it when they were wrapping up right after Noon. This involved laying wood floors that have to be glued. Can’t say enough good things about this crew. The entire crew were polite and got right to work as soon as they arrived. 2 of them went straight to the attic to get the wood down and the other worker started pulling up the carpet. Also moved some empty shelves out of the room and back. They are a well trained team. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this business. Photo is after they finished installing the wood floor.

  We replaced our carpets. The installer crew did an excellent work. They completed the work within estimated time. Moved the furniture and put back at the end. Did all necessary cleanup after the work. Logan coordinated the task well and inspected after the job was completed. Highly recommend Robinson Floors. We are repeat customers as last year we replace downstairs carpet with wooden floors.

  Professional and friendly floor business. installer completed job thoroughly with pre / post cleaning. sales advices me upfront and every step of the way through the installation. Excellent, highly recommended

  We came to Robinson Floors via referral and were so happy with our experience! Not only do they have great products, but their service is exceptional and professional. I worked directly with Logan and Brad to choose LVP floors and carpet for our new home and they were knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible to our needs. I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family!
