  Guy and Cedric were absolutely fantastic! They came out to inspect and tune up our A/C unit and were incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our system was running properly before they left. Both were friendly, respectful, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Guy, Cedric, and 1 Hour Heating & Cooling!

  Great experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating! Ali did a wonderful job explaining the HVAC system and the importance of regular maintenance in a very clear and detailed way. I really appreciated how he took the time to make sure I understood everything. Braedyn was equally amazing and did a thorough job checking both the indoor and outdoor units. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team. Looking forward to using their services again and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

  Update: Mr. B! Thanks for your quick respone to this matter! I did not want a great installation experience to be ruined over $250 . The city of Frisco came out and did the final inspection and everything was perfectly done, unlike our other vendor that we used for our upstairs unit. I am still waiting on my $250 refund to maintenance our units. I purchased a new unit over 9k with you. The least you could do is respond to my small refund request. It has been 4 weeks since I requested it from Mr B.

  I originally scheduled a routine AC maintenance service, but the experience left me concerned about the diagnosis and the work performed. During the visit, the technician first told me that my AC was not performing properly and suggested the capacitor might be the problem. He tested another capacitor, but there was no improvement. He then said the system needed refrigerant and added approximately 4 lbs. After that, he told me the problem was likely the compressor. I understand that HVAC diagnosis can sometimes require troubleshooting, and I may be wrong since I am not an HVAC professional. However, I felt the technician did not have a clear diagnosis of the actual problem. I was present during the service and did not notice any meaningful change in the gauge readings, and I have not noticed any improvement in the AC performance afterward. I was charged $350 after a $50 discount for the refrigerant. I paid the full amount because I relied on the technician’s professional judgment, but afterward I became concerned about whether adding that much refrigerant was actually necessary. I am now planning to have the system inspected by a reputable HVAC company for a second opinion. I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask for clear diagnostic readings, an explanation of exactly what is wrong, and why a repair or refrigerant charge is necessary before approving the work.

Unfortunately, when dealing with HVAC companies, it can sometimes feel like technicians arrive late, attempt to upsell unnecessary services, or take little pride in their workmanship. My experience with 1-Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco was completely different. From the moment I met Mr. Pataliya, I could see his commitment to his customers and his employees. He was personally present at the job site, making sure my concerns were clearly heard, understood, and addressed. His involvement demonstrated the kind of leadership and customer service that you don't see every day. Both Mr. Pataliya and Josef provided a white-glove experience. They arrived prepared with the necessary protective equipment to ensure my property was protected throughout the work, and they took great care to keep everything clean and orderly. Josef was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain my HVAC concerns in a way that was easy to understand. Even when I asked him to repeat or further clarify something, he was patient and happy to make sure I fully understood what was happening and why.
