Sheldon deserves every bit of this 5-star review! I called him after another plumber failed to properly diagnose the issue and pushed unnecessary work without any real evidence or explanation. Sheldon came in, was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond explaining everything he was doing every step of the way. His professionalism and great attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
On top of that, the scheduling and back office were seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Sheldon, he is the one to call!

We've lived here over 60 years and this is the 3rd team we've had out from Legacy Plumbing. Every one has been amazing, head and shoulders above the others. This time Jason and Nick came out to solve a difficult and recurring washer drain that gets slow and backs up at my 98 yr old Mom's house. They went above and beyond to do a thorough cleanout all the way to the street meter, and spent 2 hrs insuring it was well cleaned out. Mom is happy. When Mom is happy, everyone is happy. Thanks for making Mom happy and the excellent work. We wouldn't ever use anyone else!

The shower in our remodeled bathroom had a really low pressure for the last three years. Water used to almost just trickle from the shower head. I was not sure about the cause but was reluctant to call a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue. I had bad experience with some other plumber who even though charged quite a bit but couldn’t fix the problem.
Finally, I decided to call Legacy Plumbing. It had good reviews on the internet and have Ace Hardware name on it.
Ben from Legacy Plumbing showed on time. He was upfront about the cost for diagnosing the problem. He said that he suspects that the shower head may have some debris in it that might be causing the issue. It turned out that was exactly the case. There was no repair required. Ben was able to fix the issue quickly with a very reasonable charge. He didn’t try to push for any repair. In fact during the time he spent diagnosing and fixing the issue, he set the temp mix on the valve as well. Also he noticed that one of our water heaters pilot flame was off. He took care of that during this time as well as a courtesy.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Legacy Plumbing and would highly recommend them for all plumbing jobs.
Ben(a young man), as a Tech are the workers who make companies like Legacy Plumbing credible.
Thanks

Disclaimer: if you're dealing with under slab water leak it may be smart to locate the path of your water lines using a utility locate company first. This will help your plumbers isolate the issue a lot faster.
So we had a major slab leak which has ruined the wood floors for a relatively large space. Soaking all the wood and close to 2 feet of drywall. Philip came out with his team and saved the day. I'm pretty annoying because I like to understand how and why things work the way they do, but they were really accommodating, and walked me through the entire process including their troubleshooting methodology.
Eventually we were able to isolate the leaking area and repair it. Ive been unfortunate enough to have 2 major leaks only 6 months apart with on requiring a trench to remove and replace the main water line. These guys are great! They aren't the cheapest but they won't screw you over. Its quality work. I usually shop around for maintenance workers and get qoutes before work gets started the first guy that came out from a different company wanted to charge 1700 JUST to fish tape the water line To maybe see if it was located where he thought and wanted to charge 2500 to invasively cut brick to gain access to a potential location he wasn't sure would produce any real results so just robbing me with no guarantee of results.... Im really glad I went with legacy, they charged 320-340 per hr but any maintenance done in that time wasn't excessively up charged I paid 3k at the end of the day but thats to complete everything versus the last guy who wanted an arm and a leg to just maybe find the problem! Its always good to get multiple qoutes before starting a job but so far all roads lead back to legacy for both quality and competent work at a decent price.

I write to write my HIGHEST recommendation for Legacy Plumbing. I noticed we had warm spots on the kitchen floor and suspected we had a water leak. We had three different plumbers come to our house with only one recommendation: tunneling and hope they can fix the leak with pricing ranging from $3,500 to $10,000 with vague explanations and did not inspire a lot of confidence.
So, I posted to our neighborhood’s social forum asking for recommendations. Many said tunneling was an expensive and not always an effective solution. Many suggested re-routing. One neighbor especially recommended Legacy Plumbing with great experience. After researching them and finding their glowing reviews and 5-star rating, I had to give them a call. They came out two days later and immediately recommended re-routing. They did so with minimal cutting into the drywall tactfully done in the guest bedroom closets. They even put back the sheetrock. My water has been fully restored. Pricing felt reasonable and competitive for the 7-hours worth of work.
Matthew was the lead, and he was phenomenal. The team was super professional, and I felt like I could really trust Matthew and his team. I HIGHLY recommend!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check reviews when looking for a reputable company to handle your plumbing situation/need. It wouldn't hurt if they were licensed, bonded, and insured. Ensure they carry the adequate licensing and insurance requirements for your city/state!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
