I have been a fan of Legacy Plumbing for years, particularly when there's a "big and scary" job to be done. Ramone and Nick came out to check on a gas leak and they did a great job finding the culprit in the attic AND replacing the very slow leak. The gas company had me scared, which is why Legacy Plumbing was the first company that came to mind. A fantastic, top rated company that I trust.

I had such a wonderful experience with Legacy when I lived in Plano, and I was so sad when I moved to Grapevine and their services didn’t cover that area. But in the last couple of years, they have expanded out this way, and Jake and his trainee came out to help us with a bathroom sink issue. I have always been impressed with their thoroughness, expertise, and willingness to save us money any way they can. But mostly, it is their proven honesty and integrity that keep us coming back. No more having multiple plumbers coming out who “diagnose” an issue only to have it recur again and need another plumber who comes up with a different diagnosis for the same problem. Legacy gets it right the first time! And at no greater cost than the lesser plumbing companies.

I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Plumbing. While moving out of my home, we discovered that the shutoff valves for the washing machine were defective and couldn’t be turned off. The only way to disconnect the washer was to shut off the water to the entire house, creating an urgent situation.
I called Legacy Plumbing for emergency service, and they had a team at my home within a few hours. The two plumbers who arrived were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They quickly made the necessary repairs, and had everything working properly in no time.
Moving is stressful enough, and Legacy Plumbing truly came to the rescue. Their prompt response, expertise, and outstanding customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

I’ve been using Legacy Plumbing for years and I’ve been a Gold Plan member for years. They’ve been out to my house many times for everything- ranging from installing new toilets, a hot water heater, and an exterior faucet to repairing condensate drain connections, investigating water damage, and fixing a shower pipe. I wouldn’t trust my house with any other plumbing company. Eric was my technician today and he was phenomenal. After he finished the pipe issue I was having he spared extra time to actually show me the root cause which was associated with my hvac system in my attic and how to prevent it. Then patiently answered all my questions. Thank you Eric and all the great technicians that have visited over the years. It’s never great having to deal with house problems but when I have plumbing issues Legacy will be helping me with it.

Legacy was the second quote for the project for a drain line replacement and water heater installation. Jake walked me through everything, provided photos from under the foundation and provided a very detailed invoice, which made me very comfortable. The excavation team showed up promptly and did an amazing job of digging the trench and backfilling and replacing concrete when they were done. Jake kept me informed during the whole process and finished ahead of the initial estimate. This was in January.
Fast forward to March when we started using the AC, we realized the drain line for the HVAC wasn't emptying correctly. Jake reassessed and found the line had been disrupted during the work in January. They scheduled the remediation right away and fixed the issue at no charge.
I highly recommend Legacy, and will certainly use them exclusively in the future!

We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.

We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
