  5/5 stars for Legacy Plumbing! Ismael did an outstanding job troubleshooting and fixing our water pressure issues. He quickly located our failed pressure reducing valve (PRV), dug it out, and raised the entire assembly with high-quality new piping and a brand-new master shut-off valve. Raising it makes future access so much easier, and his craftsmanship was top-tier. Ismael was professional, efficient, and left the work area neat and tidy. You can tell he takes real pride in doing the job right the first time. Highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and specifically asking for Ismael!

  This is the second time I have had Lagacy out to fix a plumbing issue - this time to install a new garbage disposal. They are from Little Elm and I live in Dallas but it is worth calling them! The technicians are all so polite and knowledgeable and Josh was great today. He quickly installed the disposal and cleaned up when he left. I will never use anyone else!

  Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

  A Truly Honest Plumber I want to give a huge shoutout to Rocky from Legacy Plumbing. 🙌 We had a recurring sewer backup, and another vendor had diagnosed it as a broken line that could cost us thousands of dollars to repair. Before moving forward, we called Rocky for a second opinion. From the very beginning, Rocky was honest, patient, and thorough. He took the time to properly assess the situation and ultimately confirmed that the issue was actually with the city sewer line—not our property. There was nothing we needed to dig up or repair. His honesty not only saved us a lot of money, but also saved us from the unnecessary headache of digging up a perfectly healthy pipeline.   Eric Humphreys is an exceptional plumber with the knowledge and experience to use his mind before his hands. Instead of immediately recommending tunneling or jackhammering the slab, as many plumbers might do to repair a toilet flange in the drain line, Eric carefully evaluated the situation and found a solution that caused minimal damage while being efficient and successful. He completed the job cleanly and thoroughly. He also went above and beyond his job scope by taking extra time to identify potential issues, explain everything clearly, help prevent future problems, and even recommend where to shop for high-quality toilets. I am extremely satisfied with Eric’s service, expertise, professionalism, and attitude toward his customers. He truly cares about doing the job right, not just doing the job quickly.
