  I had a great experience working with Kevin and Damian from Chesmar homes. They were both extremely knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through every step of the home purchase and building process. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire journey smooth and stress-free.   After searching for a home for more than a year and a half, we had almost given up and decided to renew our apartment lease — until we came across Chasmer Homes at The Grove. From the moment we walked into their model home, we were greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and respect. Our sales team, Tammy and Kevin, were absolutely wonderful. They know the DFW market inside and out and answered every one of our (many!) questions with patience, honesty, and expertise. They also connected us with their in-house mortgage partner, Sierra from CLM, who made the financing process seamless. She was just as kind and knowledgeable. A special mention goes to our builder, Brenton, whom stands out for his professionalism and care. From the very beginning, he was patient, detail-oriented, and incredibly organized — walking us through the remaining construction process, providing regular updates, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. He was always available to answer questions — no matter how small, and has explained every step clearly so we always felt informed and confident. Our home orientation with him was just as impressive. He took his time showing us every part of the home, explaining features, maintenance, and warranties with clarity and thoroughness. You can tell he takes genuine pride in his work and truly wants homeowners to love their new space. Even after closing, Brenton’s dedication has continued. He’s remarkably responsive — answering texts or calls within minutes — with a solution / answer. That level of follow-through, organization, and professionalism is rare, and it really sets Chasmer Homes apart. The entire Chasmer team — from sales to mortgage to construction — is organized, caring, and deeply committed to customer satisfaction. After this experience, we can confidently say we’re customers for life.
