Professional work by true professionals, I just wish I could rate them separate from the organization they work for. Through no fault of Steve and Brian, the front office misquoted the cost of the job to be done. When the work was complete, I faced a bill that was 40% higher than the original price quoted. At no point prior to or during the installation was this brought to my attention, as the original quote said it would be for approval. When I am already faced with spending thousands of dollars for what I would call a moderate repair, I would have expected a 40% overall increase in the bill to be explained to me prior to any services beginning. Bait and switch.
