  Robert was very professional and friendly while explaining the issue with our AC unit. He walked us through the entire process and was very honest about any concerns he had. I felt comfortable that I was getting told reliable information form him and didn't feel like I was being upcharged for services

  Best A/C company. They don’t try to upsale. They get to you, and take care of your problem. Have them do maintenance spring and fall, it will be so worth it. I highly recommend them.

  I had an excellent experience with A-1 Comfort Systems working on the marine air conditioning and heating system aboard my classic Egg Harbor sportfisher at Freeport Marina. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue rather than simply replacing parts. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and it was clear they understood the unique challenges of working on marine HVAC systems. Finding a company that is both willing and capable of servicing boat air conditioning systems isn't always easy. If you keep your boat in Freeport or the surrounding area and need marine A/C or heat service, I highly recommend giving A-1 Comfort Systems a call. They've earned my confidence and will be my first call for marine HVAC work going forward. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service!

  I'm a certified HVAC Technician but I've reached an age at which I need to call in some younger people to take care of some of the bigger problems. I won't let anyone other than A-1 Comfort Systems touch my home system or the large commercial chiller/boiler system at my church. The primary tech at A-1 has been working on the 50-ton church system since he was 12 and he doesn't hesitate to come out on Saturday so we have a comfortable temperature on Sunday. He installed my home system several years ago, gave me a great warranty, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to keep my family comfortable. I came home from vacation one night a few years ago to find the house was too warm. A-1 was there first thing the next morning, found the controller board needed to be replaced and designed a workaround to immediately restore cooling.
