  72° air conditioning and heating unit and plumbing. The rep came to my house today. His name was Austin and he was a wonderful benefit for your company. He’s got a personality to die for and you will love to talk to him and he will explain everything that goes with your units.

  Called 72Degrees for a/c inspection and work. They came exactly as scheduled. Christian’s the tech was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He far surpassed anything other a/c companies did in previous visits. The old adage that you get what you paid for does not apply to these folks. Well worth the call!!

  Christian was very professional and diagnosed a problem that two other companies could not figure out. His service was like no other air conditioning service we have ever had. Hopefully once the parts come in he can get this thing fixed once and for all.

  Had a tech come to the house. Nice guy. He did his diagnostic and found that there was a Freon leak. He wanted to charge me $300 for 1 pound of R-410A. I looked online and found you could buy 10 pounds for $189. I’m sure they are buying at a better price. That’s a lot of markup from $18.90 per pound to purchase and selling at $300.00. I paid the fees for him to come out and diagnose but ended our transaction at that point. I won’t bother to call them out again.

  This company is all about high prices out the gate for the possibility to fix your AC. My AC unit was broken and this was the second company I called to come look at it. They were prompt on getting me scheduled. My AC unit is less than a year old. I had Adrian B come out and he looked at the unit. And he diagnosed there is a leak. He gave me 3 options to proceed to FIND the leak. Not repair, but locate. He wanted almost 2k to begin the process to find the leak… and he made sure to note it doesn’t include FIXING. He then said it could be in the attic unit, or in the walls somewhere. I thought his price was high for not including any repair work and he said it could be more if parts needed to be ordered (which yes, that makes sense). I denied any further service to be done and thanked him for coming to see the unit. He charged me $65 for the fee of coming out. Also he tried selling me on their subscription package to come out monthly. They just want to collect every dollar out of you before they fix anything. I called another company and they found the leak INSIDE the unit, a simple welding job. He got it done within an hour, and less than $1000. My AC is now running great and cooling my house.
