  Have been using 72 degrees for 22 yrs. Began in Fredericksburg when Boone Shneider owned and was called Schneider's refrigeration and a/c. I moved to medina, TX in 2016. A wonderful man as is his son Brad! We call him Daniel Boone. I really cant describe how incredible this man is. Things have changed since the company has sold but none the less I appreciate the service I receive. They don't come out as quickly as they used to but I understand the business is growing! Good job! Majority of the techs are great. But they weed out the ones who are not. Very very few. Only actually one that I experience. Robert is great but not doing on site any longer. Christian is great. And others. Do not recall their names. This past Friday had my summer check with Austin and my last winter check. This young man man is so amazing in so many ways. He goes the extra mile as others have in the past! But Austin. Wow! Thank u Austin! Thank u 72 degrees. I am blessed! Praying u appreciate your employees and treat them right! Thank u. Laura Jo Tree

  Austin S. was our tech for our annual HVAC /AC inspection. He was great, was here when he said he would be, asked us if there we had any concerns with the system before he started his inspection and listened carefully to our questions. He went to work and was incredibly thorough. Our system was in good shape. He recommended one minor repair and knocked it out quickly, along with an additional improvement to our system that we wanted. Now our system is operating at peak strength. We would recommend 72 Degrees every time. Thank you Austin S. for everything.

  ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT COMPANY 72 Degrees tuned up my A/C units and said the main unit was fine, despite its 19-year age. Yet 10 days later the unit failed. The company sent out two techs and confirmed there was no freon in the unit. They explained that leak detection could be expensive and does not guarantee successful repairs; therefore, they recommended replacement as the most effective alternative. I asked another company to prepare a quote for a replacement. The other company viewed the unit and within one minute looked into the compressor and showed me the obvious leak. He explained that the holder for the wires failed and there were wires on the copper tubing. Over time (not 10 days) the insulation from the wires rubbed off and the bare wire and the copper tubing fused causing the leak resulting in the loss of freon. First question was why the first tech did not visually inspect the compressor where he would have seen the wires touching the copper tubing? When I asked if the tech should have visually inspected the compressor I was told that they would not pay for their negligence. That tells you all you need to know about this company standing behind their work. Moreover, the second two techs could not find the obvious hole in the copper tubing which the second company showed me within a minute. They were obviously more interested in selling a replacement unit rather than repairing the old unit. Leaving a city known for shady business, we expected more from a small-town contractor. Thankfully, the second company focused on repairing our unit instead of just quoting us for a replacement.

  Highly recommend 72 degrees! This company understands customer service especially communication of services from the first call, notification of service representative expectations and post service communication. Jesus Morales the service representative was incredible! Appearance first impression was someone appearing in company advertisements. He was extremely thorough, explained multiple beneficial options for present service and future. Very professional and polished individual. After completing the service I felt comfortable the job was done right and to the extent I will be using 72 Degrees for future service checkups. I will ask for Jesus for future service!
