  I recently contacted Texas Foundation Experts for a foundation inspection during a home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ben Lord responded quickly and was able to fit the inspection into his schedule on short notice so it could be completed during my option period, which I really appreciated. Ben performed a very thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of the home and measured the entire foundation. He identified one section that was slightly low, but honestly advised that no repairs were needed at this time. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me real peace of mind moving forward with the purchase and also provided a solid baseline “health report” for the foundation if I ever need it in the future. What really stood out was that Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and offered practical advice and preventative solutions to help slow settling and potentially avoid future foundation issues. He also provided very fair and reasonable quotes for a root barrier due to a large tree near the home, as well as a French drain solution for a drainage issue. Because of the great experience, I’ve already scheduled Ben and his crew to complete the work in the coming weeks. I highly recommend giving Texas Foundation Experts a call if you need a foundation inspection or have any foundation concerns. Ben is knowledgeable, honest, professional, offers fair pricing, and there were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Great experience all around.

  Texas Foundation Experts went above and beyond for us. Ben, owner, was upfront, honest, and gave us a fair and reasonable price for the work. His transparency made us feel confident from the start. Both Ben and Katy, office manager, helped turn what could have been a very stressful situation into something manageable and positive. We highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.

  Heath and his crew did a fantastic job! We had a couple of half inch cracks over our garage that were only getting bigger. Heath came out when he said he would and gave us a couple of options. We elected to go with concrete piers. Heath and Katie were excellent at communicating the process and performing the work when they said they would. They were even able to save some of our plants. I honestly didn’t expect for any of them to survive. The results were amazing! I highly recommend them for any foundation repair needs that you may have.

  Mr. Ben seems really honest, he came & completed an estimate after I had someone tell me that I need $5,000.00 worth of foundation work, well the other company lied, he checked everything out & advised me that there is not anything wrong with my foundation.   I have never left a review for someone that told me I did not need his services, but I felt compelled to for many reasons. Firstly, Heath Jennings came Highly recommended to me by another trusted person ( someone expert in gutters that was working in my house). Secondly, I was having water damage in the wooden floors in one bedroom and didn’t know the source. Plumbers had come by and no source was found. An engineer had even come by and said water damage was from chronic moisture from walls, which did not really make sense. Roof was checked, gutters checked. I called Heath just in case it was a drainage issue. Heath came over to the house and in a few seconds knew immediately I did not need French drains to help solve the problem I was having. He could have easily sold me a product I did not need, but engaged with integrity and honesty. He then asked me if I wanted him to see what was going on inside the house. Given that for 3 months no good cause was found, I was grateful another set of eyes could take a look. And also thankful since he really could have just gone home when he knew I didn’t need his services. He probably saw how distraught I was! Once inside, he saw where water damage was, and the first thing he asked was if a sewer test was done for any leaks. I said I did request one initially and plumber did not think it necessary. He said that based on what he was seeing, that was the first thing he would have checked. I called the plumbers again, test was done, and two leaks were found in sewer system. Now we can finally fix the problem and stop losing sleep over this. I can recommend Heath based on his character and knowledge of houses! And if any of my friends need French drains or foundation repairs, I will not hesitate to send them his way. Thank you Heath!!!
