  I cannot say enough good things about Texas Foundation Experts. At first, I was a little hesitant to get an estimate from them because they have been in business for about 7 years, and I was originally looking for a company with at least 10+ years of history. However, when I looked closely at their reviews, I noticed something incredible—they have an absolute flawless record of 5 out of 5 stars. It is almost impossible for a company to maintain a perfect rating like that, and that is the main reason I decided to give them a chance. Not only did they use high-quality hybrid piers, but they also gave me a very competitive estimate that hit my exact financial sweet spot (saving me thousands compared to a larger regional competitor). The entire process was seamless. Communication with the office coordinator, Katy, was incredibly smooth from start to finish. She kept me informed through every step of the procedure and the after-services. On the day of the job, Ben and his crew were very friendly, professional, and did a flawless job. What really impressed me was their after-service care. After the job was complete, I noticed a couple of sprinkler issues from the digging. I reported it to them, and they immediately put me on the schedule and fixed everything perfectly. Great after-service! This company's future will be very bright, and I know they will develop into a big company because of how they treat people.   We had the work completed at the beginning of May 2026 for the front half of my 2story home and drainage for the gutters around the whole home. The initial inspection meeting with the owner went well. After 4 other companies, I felt good with their approach and process. I ended up getting my own structural engineer because of the wide variety of differing options. I provided the structural engineer report and met with the owner again. We came up with a game plan that I was really happy with. Once, I got the new estimate, I signed and we got the work scheduled for early May. The team that came out to work were very friendly and efficient. They were pretty awesome in what they do. The foundation and drainage work took two days. The inspections after went well and I was very happy. Some drywall cracks closed up, doors closed that were misaligned before, and even exterior cracks closed up. They have a great masonry guy, who sealed up all of the cracks and expansion joints around the house, and they even recaulked the windows outside. Now if anything shifts, I'll be able to tell on the outside. This company went above and beyond and treated us like a part of their family. Katy, Heath, Oscar and the team are exceptional.

  I recently contacted Texas Foundation Experts for a foundation inspection during a home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ben Lord responded quickly and was able to fit the inspection into his schedule on short notice so it could be completed during my option period, which I really appreciated. Ben performed a very thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of the home and measured the entire foundation. He identified one section that was slightly low, but honestly advised that no repairs were needed at this time. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me real peace of mind moving forward with the purchase and also provided a solid baseline “health report” for the foundation if I ever need it in the future. What really stood out was that Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and offered practical advice and preventative solutions to help slow settling and potentially avoid future foundation issues. He also provided very fair and reasonable quotes for a root barrier due to a large tree near the home, as well as a French drain solution for a drainage issue. Because of the great experience, I’ve already scheduled Ben and his crew to complete the work in the coming weeks. I highly recommend giving Texas Foundation Experts a call if you need a foundation inspection or have any foundation concerns. Ben is knowledgeable, honest, professional, offers fair pricing, and there were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Great experience all around.
