  As a business owner, taking care of our customers and building trust is always a top priority. Many times, our customers reach out to us asking who we recommend for services that we don't provide, and when it comes to foundation work, Texas Foundation Experts is a company we feel confident referring. I have sent Katy several of our customers, and the feedback I receive is always outstanding. They love working with Katy, appreciate the level of customer service she provides, and have been extremely happy with the quality of work from her team—all at a fair and reasonable price. When we refer someone, we want to know our customers will be taken care of with the same level of care and service we strive to provide, and Texas Foundation Experts consistently delivers.   If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Texas Foundation Experts is one of those rare companies that not only delivers exactly what they promise, but does so with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer. Ben embodies everything you hope to find in a contractor — honest, courteous, understanding, and completely committed to doing the job right. My project was time‑sensitive because it involved a rental home, and the team moved with impressive speed: first call on Monday, inspection on Tuesday, and by the weekend the repairs were completed and everything was neatly restored. Their office staff deserves equal praise. Katy guided me through every step with clarity and reassurance, turning a stressful situation into a smooth, well‑managed experience. This is my second project with Texas Foundation Experts, and both have been exceptional. I won’t even bother getting quotes from other companies in the future — the trust and reliability I’ve found here is unmatched. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Texas Foundation Experts for any and all foundation needs. I truly wish more companies would emulate the culture, integrity, and customer‑first mindset that this team demonstrates every single day.
