Our AC went out we had a few AC people come out to give us a bid on a new unit. Immediately I liked Duncan. I didn’t feel like he was a sales person which was nice. So the day we are getting our AC installed the send out Pablo, Rafael and Austin. It was a big job, All new AC, furnace and duct work. After 5 Austin came in and said they still had 4 hours of work to do would it be ok to come back tomorrow. We said yes that’s fine. He offered a hotel which we declined because we had a portable unit in the house. We were fine. They were back at 8 am they completed around 2 I believe. The house was starting to cool down. Around 6:00 we noticed the house was not cooling anymore I called the office and talked to someone she said she would get someone out.Robby got here shortly after hit the unit running again.
Would we recommend this company to anyone. ABSOLUTELY. Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice. Every person we talked to on the phone was nice. Thank you all

For reference, here is the exact explanation they gave me for the $6,068 compressor quote:
‘Able to get partial warranty coverage cutting compressor cost quite a bit. Also including a virgin charge which would be recommended. Due to age of system, we can’t guarantee a long lifespan, especially with wear & tear from previous installation practices not being proper. Membership added due to cost off-set, but we can’t guarantee remove and show full price upon request. Especially if maintenance is already being done by another contractor.’
Later I verified directly with Trane that my system actually has a full 10‑year registered warranty through 2028. The compressor is fully covered. No “partial warranty” exists. Another company confirmed this and is doing the repair for labor only.”
Robby came out and took his time diagnosis the downstair outside unit. He throughout inspected, took readings and patiently explained and answered my questions on the potential causes of the problem. Although the unit had a short-cycling problem but it was working properly by the end of the service. Robby is one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly and professional technicians I have ever met.

Everything was great. Rose in customer service was very patient as my phone kept losing the signal, but we finally got everything situated. The service tech, Duncan was awesome as well. He was very professional, kind, & very informative. After he fully inspected everything, he showed me what the real issue was with my system & potential issues that may need attention later. In under 2hr, he had the system running great again. Nothing bad to say & highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Strickland heating and air When my AC stopped cooling properly, I contacted them expecting a professional assessment and, if possible, a repair to get my family comfortable again.
Instead of offering a temporary solution, such as adding coolant and getting the system cooling again while I considered my options, I was primarily pushed toward purchasing a brand-new AC unit. My family was left dealing with an extremely hot house for over a week, with indoor temperatures reaching around 80 degrees while the weather outside was close to 100 degrees.
I understand that sometimes replacing an AC system is necessary, and I’m not opposed to investing in a new unit when the time is right. However, I would have appreciated being given repair options and having someone genuinely try to help us get through the immediate problem rather than feeling like the only solution being offered was to buy a new system.
When you have a family sitting in an uncomfortably hot home for over a week, you expect a heating and cooling company to prioritize helping you get some relief. Unfortunately, that was not how this experience felt. I hope the company will consider offering customers more repair options and solutions instead of immediately steering them toward a costly replacementI’m
