He fixed the issues that a different tech caused and actually explained to me how it got messed up and what he was doing to fix it. The reason for 4 stars is not because of Rafael, it is because of the other headache I had to deal with before. I understand that mistakes happen no matter what, so I judge a company based on how they handle them. I was ready to discontinue my maintenance subscription and switch to another company until Rafael came by today. For now, I will keep things going with strickland and if everything ends up working properly I will consider changing my review to 5 stars.

Mr. Robby Dollar who worked on our air conditioning system was professional and effective in dealing with a repair that was needed. We highly recommend this company for HVAC maintenance and repair.

I contacted Strickland Heating and Air and Britney got me on the schedule immediately for the same day. I was out running errands so I really loved that I got a tracking text message with my technicians photo, name, and location. Robbie came out and diagnosed my issue. He was very thorough and careful to be respectful of my home. He fixed my AC within an hour and even humored all of my questions. Highly recommend Strickland Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs
