  We were having issues with our AC unit keeping the house cool with the hot weather. I called Strickland around noon and Robby was at the house by 3pm working on it. Robby was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within 15 minutes. Even showed the manufacturer label and exactly what was wrong with our unit. Would definitely recommend Strickland Heating and Air!

  Absolutely great experience with Strickland. Duncan has been out twice and was phenomenal! Personable, knowledgeable and did a great job helping us out. I enjoy this company, how well they communicated and how professional they are. Hat’s off to Rose in the office for great communication and organization. I look forward to getting your help in the future. Can’t recommend highly enough!

  Strickland use to be a better company. They are responsive and are pretty good at repairing what they are called out for. My reason for the lower rating is all but one of the technicians we have had talk poorly about work of others and try upselling the whole time. They spend more time upselling rather than fixing issues I have requested and given permission to do. Twice now, I have requested additional modifications or fixes from prior installation and technician have ignored those while suggesting other more expensive and not truly needed.

  Robby came to my rescue after hours during an A/C emergency on one of the hottest days of the year in the Dallas area. He responded promptly, arrived when he said he would, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues before completing the repairs. I also want to recognize the office representative who answered my call. From the moment we spoke, I felt that my situation was genuinely understood. She quickly arranged for Robby to come out, and her compassion, responsiveness, and sense of urgency made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. That level of customer care is rare and deserves recognition. I truly appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and prompt service from everyone involved. Thanks to Robby's expertise, my A/C was back up and running quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of honest, reliable HVAC service.
