  Milestone plumbing has been to our house (recently purchased) for several repairs, and their work has all been very effective in fixing problems, and they're very responsive in timing to scheduling their work. Very friendly staff.

  I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the job that Ivan Almendarez did on July 4th, 2026. Our a.c. was not cooling, and after my nextdoor neighbor recommended Milestone Electric I didn't hesitate to call. Being a holiday, and a hot one at that. Their scheduling team expedited the service request and dispatched Ivan.Ivan displayed the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, genuine concern and a solution to the problem. It turned out that it was a run capacitor that failed. To be honest the holiday/after hours fee, and parts and service were honest and very fair! I will absolutely be using Milestone Electric, Heating and AC for any service and or repairs on our HVAC unit! I am thankful for this company, team, and Mr.Ivan Almendarez. God Bless you!   Fantastic experience with Jamison Galt. He was knowledgeable and took the time to educated us on many aspects of our A/C unit and what it takes to keep the system running smoothly. Communication throughout the job with Jamison and the Milestone's office was outstanding. Jamison and Aaron Moriarty came back once the part came in and did the job in an efficient and effective manner. Both gentlemen represented the company in an outstanding manner; they answered our questions along the way and provided friendly, courteous service.   I had a great experience with Milestone. Their quality control lead came out first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and determined my water heater qualified for a warranty replacement. They promptly picked up and delivered a new 50-gallon Bradford White water heater, and the installation team arrived shortly after to complete the replacement. The entire process was smooth, professional, and handled much faster than I expected. I really appreciate the excellent communication and efficient service. Thank you!

  I scheduled an online appointment with Milestone to repair an outdoor broken j-box, plug, switch and bubble cover tied to our pool equipment and they sent Robert Keyser to our residence. He was on-time, personable and very knowledgeable. Once Robert assessed what needed to be done, he got right to work. Unfortunately, in the middle of the repair a rain event moved through and I offered to let Robert come in until it passed but he kept going. He grabbed a tarp out of his truck and was able to cover the area so he could continue the repair. Robert went above and beyond and I will ask for Robert’s services the next time I need an electrician!
