- RVRhonda VaughanAug 10, 20261.0They quoted a price which I agreed to but the technician kept trying to say everything was finished when it wasn't. When they finally finished, they gave me a bill for 50% more than the written agreement I had signed. I refused to pay that much more. We were angry with one another by the time he left. After they left my sprinkler wouldn't function at all,even though the screen showed it as watering. My electrician was there two days later so I asked him to look at it. He opened the panel of the brand new control box and expressed shock that it appeared to have been tempered with, leaving exposed wires and strange connections. When I called the office they stood up for the technician, saying that their giys wouldn't do that. My recourse appears to be filing a criminal vandalism complaint, which I have now initiated.

The first time they came out they gave me a quote and we set a date for repairs. They got to work and found a leak right up front. Took care of it, put all the grass back like it was and completed what they came to do. Their price was very fair and the work was very good. I will use them again without doubt. Daniel and Hapin, thank you for setting up my sprinkler system like I needed it. I truly appreciate it!!

Alex and Heybin did an excellent job, and the price was even lower than I expected. I hadn’t used my sprinkler system in over 20 years because the water bill was too high when I had seven kids at home. Now it looks and works just like it did when we first moved into the house more than two decades ago.
