  I made reservations for a skid steer rental that was supposed to be left out for me to pick up in the evening. They did not leave the machine out. I drove an hour all the way from South Dallas after work, only for them to tell me I’d have to wait another hour for someone to bring the machine. It’s an hour drive home, and that’s just bad business. I will not be using them again. Owner tried to tell me to come back tomorrow morning like I didn’t just Make a two hour round-trip They offered to deliver the skid steer I appreciate but got a rental set up somewhere else

  Excellent service. Rented a Ryan aerator. I had it delivered. Machine ran well. Office staff is courteous and friendly. Great locally owned company.
