  I was in a bind with what appeared to be a leak in a main water supply line. Bryson showed up fairly quickly, and in 108 drgree heat was able to fix the leak. He was professional, pleasant, and efficient. Unfortunately, since this occurred on a Saturday, I ended up paying at twice what I might have expected. I am not sure why a 2.5 hour job Saturday afternoon ended up costing me $950. If it was to pay Bryson a considerable bonus for working from 2:45pm to 5pm, then i certainly hope he receives a large percentage of the $$. But if it was to discourage desperate customers from asking for Saturday service, then It seems they don't have their customer's best interests in mind. In my opinion it is bad policy, and for that reason I can't fully recommend them... at least where our particular immediate need is concerned. But we were in a bind so we ended up having to pay the high price. But, yes, Bryson provided the necessary service in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend him.

  David and Jesse were amazing and prompt with their timing. They helped me replace a 9 year old Evap coil and made sure to answer all the questions I had. They have definitely left a positive lasting impression with their professionalism and perseverance. Will definitely choose Hat Plumbing and AC for my next maintenance and service needs!

  Our technician, Shawn, arrived promptly, conducted post foundation repair test, identified a different problem (that we were aware of), and fixed the problem all in the same day. He stayed late and maintained a positive, pleasant attitude despite a longer stay than expected. Shawn was professional and did an excellent job.

  Hat Plumbing, Heating, & Air did a great job. Larry was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and the price was very fair. I’ll definitely be using Hat Plumbing, Heating, & Air again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

  I used this company through Angi’s list for a second opinion. They said there would be no service fee for coming out. I asked if Shawn (plumber) thought the tub faucet diverter could be changed out so I can keep my existing tub faucet. He seemed pretty confident he’d be able to and charged me $295 for the diagnostic and ultimately said it wouldn’t be able to be fixed and needed to replace the entire wall mounted faucet. He agreed to deducting $295 if we hire them to come back out to install a new faucet and would send me an invoice with that note. The invoice didn’t include that discount and quoted me for $1550 for installation only!! And $2250 if they supplied the faucet. My first plumber is going to install it for $200. Looking back now, I think my first plumber already knew he couldn’t fix just the part and wanted me to get a whole new faucet and I think that Shawn knew he couldn’t fix it either but got $295 out of me to fiddle with and finish his work day on an easy assignment.
