  These guys are great!! Jessica was very friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment, and they got out the same day and fixed my drainage issue in no time. Jr was great and so was his counterpart. And, they cost much less than the other company I called. Perfect service. I hope to not have issues in the future, but I’ll be calling again if I do.

  I had a great experience with Hat Plumbing. The pricing was a little on the higher end, but the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. The team was professional, communicative, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Overall, the quality of service and the way they treated me as a customer made it worth it.

  I am very satisfied with my entire experience with HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air. I called to set up an appointment, expecting it to be the following day; however, HAT plumbing had someone out within hours of my call. Jr. provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the work being done. Due to my satisfaction with the service provided by Jr. and Alex, I did not hesitate to sign up for the Stetson Select service plan. I highly recommend HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air.

  Carlos did an excellent job fixing our slow drain. He quickly identified and removed the object causing the clog, and everything is draining properly now. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the solution. We appreciate his prompt service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance. We recently also had our AC motor repaired by David, and we couldn't be happier with the service. David was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem clearly and completed the repair efficiently. Our AC is now working perfectly. Highly recommend the HAT team for any repair needs!

  If you know me, you know I do not write reviews because I find it a waste of my time. I rarely put any stock into reviews because I think people are lying or have been paid to say something nice. I can promise you that the rest of what you read is absolutely true. Again, if you know me, you know I don’t sugarcoat and I don’t tell people things just to make them feel good. I will admit, I was VERY skeptical of Hat Plumbing Heating & Air because the price quoted to replace a water heater, replace the pipe on a leaky outside faucet, replace connecting pipes from the toilet to the wall, and replace a faucet in the bathtub was toooooooo good to be true. I thought they were going to be shady people that would show up at my house and end up leaving with us fighting - figuratively, maybe 😂. After the experience, I am REALLY REALLY ashamed of what I thought 🤦🏽‍♀️. Even after my little dog was very mean to Bryson, the gentleman who took AWESOME care of our plumbing needs, Bryson remained professional. All work performed exceeded my expectations. As a result of Bryson’s professionalism and the high quality of his work, we are joining the yearly service plan and will be generational clients of Hat Plumbing, Heating, & Air. Call them, test my review, you will not regret it!!!!
