- LFLee FisherSep 14, 20215.0Needed a new condenser cooling fan and they fixed me up with the new fan motor and small capacitor since the new motor had 4 wires and my old one only had 3. They took the time to show me how to hook up the extra wires to the capacitor and I had it up and running in no time once I got it home. They did forget to tell me (and I forgot to ask) how to reverse motor rotation direction, but a quick online video fixed that since it just happen to be spinning the wrong way out of the box for my fan blades. Very helpful and cheerful, even on a Monday morning. I'll go back if I ever have to do some (very) basic work on my A/C again.
