My best friend built his home here in 2024 and couldn’t stop raving about the neighborhood and the team at Brightland, which initially drew us in. I first connected with Arnold, who has since retired, and was then introduced to Demi. She guided us through the process after we signed the contract, and working with her and Tommy, who built our home, was truly a pleasure. Both were extremely communicative and responsive—every question or concern we had was quickly addressed. If they didn’t have the answer, they made sure to find it. Throughout the build, Demi kept us updated with photos, especially since we were living in California and expecting our newborn, which made traveling difficult. She always delivered on our requests. Tommy’s knowledge of Brightland’s home products was also incredibly helpful. Anytime we had questions about what could or couldn’t be done, he explained everything clearly and often went the extra mile to check with his team for alternatives. Some of our appointments were done over FaceTime due to the distance, but despite being so far away, we always felt confident and cared for throughout the process. The home turned out amazing. During our final walk-through, a few minor items were flagged, and they were all fixed before we closed. Even after closing, Demi and Tommy stayed in touch to make sure we felt settled and supported in our new space. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Brightland Homes to anyone looking to build in a beautiful and welcoming community.
