  Chesmar Builders have no concern for neighboring residents driveway. They have blocked my driveway with the Manager present allowing this to happen when the rest of street had open parking. Today he caused two different people to block my drive, I called the Police on the first one and reported to the Sales office on the second.

  THREE BULLETS have hit neighboring houses. The builders have allowed random strangers to use their property as a gun range. The builder has not taken responsibility to prevent children from potentially getting hit by firearm discharge on their property. Builder claims to NOT know about the multiple shootings on their property but the neighboring community and HOA have called multiple times without any resolve. Bedrooms and bathrooms have been struck by stray bullets in homes near the community. Evidence has been documented and local police have been made aware EVERY time.
