  Casey is WONDERFUL. This truly is the best company. My AC stopped working . I contacted a different company and they tried to scam me out of $1800. I contacted bacon and they got back to me at 4 AM. They really understood the importance of keeping my family and pets cool in the hot Texas. Casey came out and spent quite a bit of time and effort to meticulously diagnose the issue. He was very kind and professional, even covering his shoes as he walked in. He showed me pictures of my parts and unit and Made a recommendation with different options and potential outcomes. I was very pleased to find out they not only do AC, but they also handle plumbing and electrical. He fixed my AC during the same visit. It is now blowing as if it’s brand new super cold and I saved so much money. This isn’t a company that just tries to peddle new units. They care about their customers. Please give Casey a raise or a bonus.

  This dude was awesome. Came out on the 4th of July and got us fixed before company showed up. This is our plumber from now on, and service from Rob was so good that we signed up for other services from this great company! Highly recommend!

  Tony with Bacon was super informative and very friendly. The automated messages kept us informed when he would arrive, and he was on time. Repairs were swift and more affordable than I would’ve expected. Will be calling Bacon and hopefully requesting Tony every-time we have an electrical or HVAC issue.

  You can really appreciated when you’re rendered great service and Bacon did not disappoint. Had an issue with various light switches in the garage. Branden the electrician was booked for my service call. Very professional and prompt diagnostics. Branden was exceptionally knowledgeable and remedy the issue within an hour. Highly recommend Bacon Electrical services. Great job.

  I'm still in the process of considering bids for some work on a new property, but whether or not I go with Bacon in the end, all the of their technicians I've had come to my property have been exceptionally professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Kyler and Allan from the plumbing team and Kellen from the HVAC team all have a gold star attitude, exceptional level of knowledge, and have not only walked through options but explained the "why" in a way that was easy to follow and understand. I'm extremely impressed with their customer service.
