  Casey Dobbs was absolutely fantastic! He truly went above and beyond during our service visit and provided the kind of customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on, answer our questions, and make sure everything was taken care of properly rather than simply rushing through the appointment. You could tell that he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. Casey is an excellent representative of Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric, and based on our experience with him, I would absolutely recommend their team to others. If I could give him more than five stars, I would. Thank you, Casey, for going above and beyond for us!

  We’re very particular when it comes to technicians performing services on our home because we have had a few not so great experiences in the past. Khoa Dinh, he was great. Gotta love amazing service!!! Khoa Dinh serviced our AC. He was very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with AC unit and its parts. Very kind man and I would recommend this technician to any of my family or friends.

  Work was done in a timely manner. Took them 3 days to bury the trench. When it was done it was very good looking all clean looking. Still believe it was very expensive. Prior work was done for the same thing and this job surpassed previous work.

  Russell at Bacon Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem that multiple plumbers could or would nog, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as well as the pros and cons of the plan. If you’re in the Ft Worth or SouthWEst Arlington area, and need a plumber, call Bacon and request Russell!

  Xavier did an awesome job, he got our A/C back up and running! He explained everything thoroughly & made us aware of the costs before beginning any repair work! Great customer service, he did such an awesome job & we were impressed with how quickly we were able to get an appointment to completion of the repair that we signed up for their montly membership! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
