Please be aware that Backyard Butler is not liable for pre-existing damages, including broken glass, screen issues, or window operational problems. We will document these during the free quote assessment and at the start of your scheduled service.

For rescheduling, please call us at (817) 888-8439. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred day and time, but we can't guarantee availability before a specific date. In case of bad weather, we may need to cancel services for safety reasons. While we'll try to reschedule promptly, we can't guarantee your preferred date will be available.
