  Very disappointed with Chesmar’s customer service and communication. Our experience with Chesmar has been extremely frustrating. We raised concerns regarding work being performed next door to our home and communicated directly with Aaron (Sales Representative), Tim (Superintendent), and Mason (HOA Manager). We also sent emails on September 3 and September 7, 2026, clearly outlining our concerns. Unfortunately, we have received no response or meaningful follow-up from anyone. What is especially disappointing is seeing the contractor proceed with work while it appears that the concerns we raised were not considered or addressed. As homeowners, we expect our concerns to be acknowledged, communicated, and taken seriously—not simply disregarded. Buying a home is a major investment, and customer service after the sale should be just as important as the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience with Chesmar has not reflected that. I am sharing this review because I believe future buyers should be aware of our experience and carefully consider the level of communication, responsiveness, and customer service they can expect after purchasing a Chesmar home. I sincerely hope Chesmar takes this feedback seriously and improves the way it communicates with and responds to its homeowners. At this point, we simply want our concerns to be acknowledged and addressed.

  From the moment we signed the paperwork to the day we got our keys, the process was seamless because they truly are a premier Dream Home Builder. Every detail was handled perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
