  I bought a house that needed quite a bit of electrical work, and I’m so glad I reached out to Tier One. I can’t thank their team enough for their help from beginning to end. Kyler’s coordination and communication were excellent. Caleb took the time to go through my inspection report with me, prioritize each job, and reassure me that safety and quality were the top priorities. Elijah and Chazz replaced our entire breaker panel, took care of several additional items, and installed smoke detectors for us. Everyone was personable, professional, and focused on quality and safety. I would absolutely trust Tier One with any electrical work we need in the future and truly appreciate the care they put into the entire process.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the work Collin and the team at Tier-One Electric did for me. I needed to upgrade my electrical panel and install a Tesla Wall Connector, and Collin came through from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The entire installation was clean, organized, and professionally done, and the new panel and Tesla charger setup turned out great. What impressed me most was the level of communication and customer service. Collin did exactly what he said he was going to do and made the whole process easy. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the customer to be happy with the finished product. If you’re looking for an electrician—especially if you need an electrical panel upgrade or a Tesla/EV charger installed—I would absolutely recommend Collin at Tier-One Electric.   I had an incredible experience with Tier One. One thing that truly impressed me was their exceptional communication. Everything was clearly explained, and I was given options to resolve any issues that arose. They maintained constant communication regarding their arrival time and the estimated duration of the project. As a result, the projects were completed efficiently and professionally. The whole process and smooth and efficient from the time I called until the project was completed. Even follow up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Tier One.

  I had a whole-house surge protector installed, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the installation was completed much faster than I expected without ever feeling rushed. Collin took the time to answer every question I had, explained why they recommended the surge protector, and walked me through how it works, what it protects, and what to watch for over time. As someone who likes to understand the details before making a decision, I really appreciated his patience and willingness to educate me rather than simply install the equipment. The workmanship was excellent. Collin neatly installed the surge protector, reorganized and relabeled the breakers that were moved, and left the panel looking clean and professional. He even pointed out that the panel was well balanced after the changes, which gave me additional confidence in the quality of the work. Before leaving, he showed me the green status indicator and explained that I should periodically check it, especially after severe storms, to verify the surge protector is still protecting my home. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the long-term maintenance instead of simply finishing the job and leaving. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer service and takes the time to educate its customers. Thank you, Collin, for the excellent work.
