    I bought the membership plan to get maintenance twice a year. Every time they come they mess up with the equipment and the ACs wont work after they leave. It has happened twice and had to wait for the next day that they can come with no cold air in my house. They always say it was just the switch that they left off or some other nonsense excuse. If they would know what they are doing they wouldn’t be doing this all the time they come. Bad service!

    Ben was GREAT! He kept me informed of his progress in troubleshooting my electrical issues. Did exactly what I asked. I will ask for him again if I need additional electrical repairs. I hope the rest of the Pascal Team is as good as him.

    I have duel hvac systems my upstairs system is down. The first place I called just looked at it and said new one after seeing it was void of fluid. So I got myself a second opinion with paschal and they break it all down and went into the attic looked it all over better and we talked. But the system is hard down. Getting the loan together now. Great company to work with and fast service

    Paschal is not good. Jak services, which was bought by Paschal was wonderful to work with. We got a new unit two years ago and have had problems with it ever since. Jak would come and service and help with no additional cost due to warranty of the unit. Paschal comes out to service this year and just charges so much for parts and work. We have spent an extra 1k this year to have an AC that runs. When contacting Paschal, they gave us a 30$ discount, which is nothing for a 350$ service for 1 hour work and no new parts. I will say the service guy Ulises was great, clean and helpful. He did a good job explaining everything but couldn’t help us with our frustration with the company. He was able to come out sooner than expected, which we appreciated. A two year old unit should not need this much service. We will not be using Paschal in the future since we are not satisfied with their services and do not trust them as a company.

    Our AC stopped cooling, the line was freezing up. Arturo Angon came out to address our issues, he was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very thorough and talked through everything with us. Current issues were resolved as well as potential future issues were discussed in order to plan for, due to the age of our unit. We will use Paschal again.
