  Called this morning about an issue with the AC cooling. I was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. Ulises called when he was headed my way and gave me an ETA. He arrived as estimated, he began assessing the issue. He determined it was a relay in the outside unit and replaced it promptly. He then double check that everything was working to spec. He indicated that if the issue persists That I may need to control board d. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.

  Christian came promptly and diagnosed my situation explained it to me. Take care of the problem Then took care of cleanup, explained his insurance policy To me. Christian was very professional and courteous, which I truly appreciate. So again, Christian, thank you.

  Oscar is a great technician. He went extra mile to fix our air duct issue. He also made a suggestion for an upgrade without being pushy and aggressive. We really appreciated that. Paschal has excellent employees.

  We had a maintenance/service contract with Paschal for our home. The website says they are open until 10pm. We contacted them at 7pm for a downstairs AC unit that stopped cooling. An AI system answered and let me know they were closed and that no appts were available until the next day. There was no option to speak to a real person. My 80 year old mother lived in our home and could not climb the stairs to our second story home where the AC unit was working. We called another HVAC company (Pro-Tech) at 7:20pm and a real person answered the phone and a technician arrived to our home by 8pm. The repair was completed by 9:25 for an extremely affordable price. It was very disappointing that Paschal couldn’t assist us as a previous customer with a maintenance/service contract on file during what their website advertised as open hours. AI has definitely replaced customer service and care with Paschal.

  Ben was thorough and answered all of my questions prior to starting the job. He did good work in a timely manner and completed the job to my satisfaction.
