  Scheduling the appointment was easy and was recommended a lower cost option to replace the shower handle cartridge instead of total replacement. Received a text when the technician was on his way. Anthony was friendly, explained my options, and was persistent despite the challenges my old shower hardware gave him. I’m so satisfied with Absolute’s service that I’m planning to use them to complete a project I’ve been putting off for years.

  I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing! From scheduling to the completion of the job, the experience was excellent. I needed two new water heaters installed (non-emergency). When I called, I had to leave a message and wasn’t sure I’d get a call back, but they returned my call within minutes and scheduled me the same week, even working around my schedule. The installation went smoothly. The team was professional, punctual, and everything passed inspection. The pricing was fair, with no pressure or surprises. It’s awesome to find a company that does the job right the first time. Absolute Plumbing has earned my business, and they’ll be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

  Turns out I don’t know nearly as much about garden hose spigots as I thought. Larry knows a lot. I was fearing that repair of my two leaking outdoor spigots which poke out through exterior walls would require whole new spigots and a very complicated and expensive repair. Larry tried the simplest things first and was able to see immediately that the leaks were an easy fix. Who knew vacuum breaker threads are different than garden hose threads? Larry does. Had the needed parts in the truck, effected the repairs fast. Will definitely use these guys again.
