  I love the one acre lot sizes of this community and the floor plans. My favorite feature is laundry room access from the primary bedroom closet.

  My wife and I purchased a to-be-built home from Chesmar Homes in mid-July. Our new home sales consultant, Lara Ingalsbe, was exceptional to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and honest throughout the entire contract and design center process. It was, by far, the easiest and fastest design process I've experienced, despite having built many new homes before. Cowboy hats off to Chesmar Homes for their dedicated employees, high-quality homes, incredible standard upgrades, and commitment to community and customer satisfaction.
