Unprofessional. Whoever drives the white company truck is a reckless driver and needs their license revoked

Outstanding professional crew at Guardian. Our house has never looked better and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience through Guardian. We were denied by our insurance company at first, but they helped us push for another inspection and we were approved. They went above and beyond to get the job done. I haven’t experienced such great customer service anywhere else, EVER, from the sales to the finished product. Don’t hesitate and call them! No surprise cost at the end and a superb job! I will recommend them to everyone I know needing a new roof. Better experience than other roofing companies in the area.

Great company to work with. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. They worked with the insurance company and stayed the course through multiple inspections to get the approval. Roof looks great!

The roof was completed in a timely manner and the crew was friendly and very professional. They kept the yard clean as they went, and when the job was completed, they scoured the yard for nails and any pieces of old roof that may have been missed. Rick and Chris were very easy to work with from start to finish. They also were very professional.

We had a very unique situation with our roof—our home had an industrial-style flat gable roof, which many contractors were unwilling to take on. After multiple companies declined the project, we found Guardian Roofing Pros, and choosing them was the best decision we could have made. What set Guardian apart immediately was that their quote wasn’t just a number—it came with a clear, well-thought-out plan to properly replace our roof. We had already done extensive research ourselves and were unsure about the correct materials and approach. Guardian helped guide us through those decisions with confidence and expertise. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with a high level of professionalism. Communication was clear, direct, and consistent. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, which gave us peace of mind throughout the project. A special thanks to Chris Brown, the project manager, who oversaw everything from beginning to end. His attention to detail and commitment to the job really stood out. The crew was punctual every morning, worked efficiently, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day—something we truly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the timeline it took to complete the project. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing Pros for any roofing needs, especially for more complex or uncommon situations like ours. Thank you again for a job well done!
