  Oliver and Angel stopped by to take a look at an error we were getting on our Rainbird controller. Oliver quickly identified the issue and explained it to us in easy-to-understand terms. After replacing the master pump and solenoid, he and Angel did a thorough inspection of our system and identified two more problems — a cracked drip line was causing a leak; and a sprinkler head was covered by a downspout splash block, so wasn’t functioning. They fixed both of those problems, too. Oliver was happy to have us watch and explained everything that was going on. Overall, they were fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable—less than competitors. Very happy with their service!

  I called JBell to fix my broken sprinkler head. During the repair they managed to damage my fiber optic cable. I asked the serviceman who dug in my yard if they seen any wires while digging and they said no. It was later discovered by ATT that they lied and in fact did cut through a wire. I reached out to Jbell management for full reimbursement for ATT having to service the broken cable and they didn’t take on full responsibility of there actions. I have to pay another company out of pocket for Jbell’ mess up. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be using this company again.

  Where the repair technicians were very professional and efficient, the fact that I was rescheduled for my appointment 4 times during the day causing problems with my own schedule was enough to write an unfavorable review. Their organizing for scheduling service is terrible.

  I had a great experience with Oliver and Gelver fixing my sprinkler system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Their workmanship was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about providing quality service. On top of that, they both had amazing customer service and were genuinely great people to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler or irrigation work done. Thank you again, Oliver and Gelver, for the outstanding service!

  I contacted J Bell Services to repair several sprinklers issues and I’m glad I did. The company was courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Heibyn and Daniel did an excellent service in assessing the issues and making the repairs quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using them . I was particularly excited about supporting a woman-owned business.
