  After a neighbor alerted me that the alarm light was on (no audible alarm) last late evening, I called Jeff's on their recommendation. Janie listened to the issue and told me what was most likely happening and to call again in the morning if the light was still on. I called and spoke with her this morning and requested a fast service due to a family event in the late afternoon. Carlos arrived within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue (the wires had gotten wet), educated me on the system and what to look for, corrected things the previous company didn't do, and just made things better all the way around. Carlos was kind, courteous, knowledgable, and professional. I have since requested a service contract from them as every single encounter has been a pleasant experience.

  John and Adrian came out and were very professional. They did the pumping quickly and efficiently. The owner, Patti, was really nice and I really appreciated that. 10/10!!!

  Amazing service, professional, and most reasonably priced. Did exactly what they said they were going to in the amount of time they said it would take. After the sale and follow up has been great too. Highly recommend!!
