  Mike and Greg are terrific! Their response to needing a service call or to fix a problem is very quick. Mike will call you back almost immediately and let you know when he can come. They usually have everything on their service truck they need to get your Generac up and running. Great guys and recommend Pure Commitment for all your Generac needs!

  Mike and Greg were amazing. Showed up early for our appointment, provided efficient, professional service and all the information needed for me to make right decisions regarding care and maintenance of our Generac 24KW generator. I highly recommend Pure Commitment Sales & Service if you’re looking to purchase or maintain the generator you already own. Extremely satisfying experience! They are 5 star for sure!

  Pure Commitment is not JUST a great generator company, they are a great company in general. I have an 'older' generator that quit producing power, and Mike and Greg jumped on it and worked through all the problems with parts backorders and delays, and got my machine up and running perfectly! I can't stress enough how professional and courteous these guys were through the entire process! 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommend!
