  Pure Commitment is not JUST a great generator company, they are a great company in general. I have an 'older' generator that quit producing power, and Mike and Greg jumped on it and worked through all the problems with parts backorders and delays, and got my machine up and running perfectly! I can't stress enough how professional and courteous these guys were through the entire process! 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommend!

  Was always on time when he said he would be here. Worked quickly. And explained everything completely. Very satisfied with their work and promptness. Would recommend to any one needing a generator.

  Very prompt and courteous service. Called on Wednesday and they were out on Thursday. In addition to annual maintenance, generator showing error code 1505 and they diagnosed and cleared the error so that unit is back in service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on a generac generator.

  12/19/2025 For the first time my reliable 8 year old Generac generator required some warranty work and maintenance. One phone call to Pure Commitment Inc. and owner Mike Downing produced excellent results-warranty work and much needed maintenance were completed in record time!
