  The morning I woke up to a swimming pool in my downstairs bedroom, I knew I needed help and fast. I also knew that time was of the essence. I frantically googled water restoration companies and Jimmy Garza Emergency Water Removal popped up with great reviews. I took a chance on a company I knew nothing about and I am so glad I did. They came out and were all set up within hours. JG saved my home from potential mold damage. They were professional, kind and caring from start to finish. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I know who will have my back. If you ever find yourself swimming inside of your home, call JG you will not regret it.

  Would not recommend this company. Jimmy will defraud you of your money. They engage in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. They take your money without being honest and clear about what they are selling. If you are experiencing a stressful situation like mold, do not trust Jimmy’s company. Jimmy’s company will enter your home and misrepresent the services you are paying for. In turn, you will believe and rely on those statements and, as a result, suffer a loss of at least $600. I attempted to contact the company and its representatives’ multiple times, and unfortunately, they are unreasonable. I am met with argumentative communication and no resolution. I understand that even though Jimmy’s company misrepresented the services they were providing in exchange for the fees charged, they reasonably deserve some money for gas to come to my home and the little time they spent on my case. I communicated with Jimmy’s company and am open to negotiating with them to keep up to 200 dollars of the $600 of services they sold me. But I was shut down and told they were no longer willing to work with me. I was not asking or begging them to keep selling me their misrepresented services; I merely wanted my money back for not fully completing the service they had stated they would provide. Originally, I reached out to Jimmy with interest in their mold remediation service. The company’s representative stated over the phone that they charge $600 for an in-home assessment. Such an assessment service entails a moisture reading, documentation of the square footage affected and that will be demolished and treated for mold and all the containment/ equipment used. All of which would be used to produce an itemized estimate. When Jimmy’s representative was in my home, they stated that they would provide all this as part of their assessment services. When I specifically asked if they would produce such an itemized estimate and documentation, I was assured as a matter of fact. The representative stated that they were used to working with insurance companies and knew how to conduct these assessment services. In the following days that ensued, it turned out that Jimmy misrepresented the type of assessment services they would provide. When contacting their representatives three days after the home visit, they would state that they had not actually started computing the cost per square footage, and that they were busy traveling to other potential customers' homes to sell them an assessment instead of working on completing the services for which I had already paid for. In the end, they issued me an arbitrary estimated invoice to me and my insurance. The invoice seemed fabricated and vague. There was no itemization stated on such invoice, only a sentence stating in general the areas affected, for example: bathroom, water closet. There was no square footage pricing delineated or a price for containment. Overall, the invoice that had been assured would be delivered as part of the assessment was not produced. When I attempted to communicate my issues with Jimmy’s management, the representative explained to me that they actually do not produce itemized estimates or documentation as part of the assessments they sell for 600 dollars. Jimmy Garza’s company misrepresents the services they sell. Please save your money and take your business elsewhere.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. After experiencing major water damage in my home, I emailed them late at night fully expecting a response the next day — instead, they called me back that same night. Their quick response immediately gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. For context, I’m a government employee that does not currently live locally and was not getting paid for almost 2 months during a government shutdown- so stressed is an understatement. Cesar and his team came out went above and beyond moving furniture, protecting my belongings, and making sure every bit of water was extracted from my home. Their professionalism and work ethic were outstanding. I also want to specifically recognize Dave, their insurance liaison, who truly advocated for me with my insurance company. He took the time to thoroughly explain why the damages should be fully covered and never made me feel like I was on my own. Most companies would simply tell you to deal with insurance yourself, but this team genuinely cared. There was also a significant delay with my insurance reimbursement, and Andy, along with Mr. Garza, showed incredible understanding and support throughout the process. Even while I was delayed on payment, they worked with me compassionately and allowed installment payments until the insurance checks came in. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, quality work, and genuine compassion the way they do. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
