  Luis and Robert came to diagnosis a mysterious amount of water showing up on the city’s smart meter. They spent a lot of time checking all water features and meter readings. While checking they found some minor issues that needed attention that could be attributed to major water use. Both gentleman are very personable and patient - taking time to explain, discussing solutions, considering next steps, etc. I think they are a wonderful asset to the company’s image and Col-Air has found some gems. Excellent all around!

  Called them on a weekend and send a tech according to the time frame stated. Joe, the tech was very respectful. I especially noticed that he put a shoes covering before entering our house which I did not observed from other companies servicing my HVAC over the years. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained to me the situation in a very simplified manner. I'm very satisfied and now my go to company when I have HVAC issues.
