  Eddie Ramirez was fast and efficient with today's maintenance, he cleaned my outside unit. Showed me what was done today , couldn't ask more from this company 5 Staar Service all the time!!!

  What a great experience it was with Eddie Ramirez. He went above and beyond for today's maintenance, he cleaned my coils and drain making it look shy. He even showed pictures of his process. What a great team member you guys have

  Very courteous and helpful he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions about the job he was doing.He worked on the ceiling and did a very good job. He explained what he did and showed me pictures of the before and after. I was also not charged for that repair of the drywall.

  Absolutely wonderful job by technician Eddie! He was very thorough upon the initial assessment and took his time to inspect the whole ac/hvac system to identify why the vents had so much condensation with some mold. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain afterwards the issues and how to proceed with fixing them. It was a little steep in price but with the financing they provided made it much more comfortable. They were at the property the very next day. I will be calling them for any future ac/hvac issues.
