  On 3-1-2010 I had hail damage to my roof of my home. I was referred to John Sanders and his roofing company. John came and inspected my home the next day and gave me an estimate for my metal roof replacement. I notified my home owner insurance company and they sent an inspector within a couple of days, The inspector confirmed the replacement cost and authorized the work. John and his company replaced my roof and two neighbors very quickly. There have been no problems with the roof in sixteen(16) years. But on June the 2nd of 2026 I had a very high home owners insurance price increase. I questioned the insurance company but there was no resolve, therefore I secured another insurance company and applied for a discount for my metal roof. I did not finalize with the new company immediately but called John Sanders and asked his advice. I am glad I did talk with John first as it would not have been the smart procedure to apply for the metal roof discount. I now have a new policy with much better declarations. John and his group are extremely thorough, professional and very courteous. John could have charged me for an inspection and consultation fee but he not. You can't go wrong with John Sanders and his company. John Sanders is a man of good and honest character. Bob Husbands

  Sam And team are true professionals who helped me from start to finish. My roof was damaged due to wind and hail however my insurance company refused to pay for the replacement, Sam and team Helped me get the proper inspection done and get fair value for the repairs from my insurance provider The crew completed the replacement in one day and the front and back yard were both cleaned properly Highly recommend Sam and team for roof replacements in Katy area
