- GGGDec 13, 20255.0Dynamic Elevator is a terrific company and I highly recommend. We had a power surge in our residential building. Multiple controller boards and other electronics were melted and everyone was forced to take stairs (8 flights). Our regular elevator service company wouldn't respond, so our management company brought in Dynamic. Serviceman Jimmy came right over. Worked long hours to track down the problem on our 20 year old elevator. He ordered the parts on expedited basis. President and owner Gil brought in terrific extra help (Mike) when the new parts came in, coordinated calls with engineering technical staff in U.K., and even came to building himself to get us up and going. The HOA Board, management company, and especially the residents are grateful for Dynamics' hard work and expertise to get us up and running as soon as possible.
