  I decided to give this business a try on the recommendation of a friend. I contacted them 14 days ago on a Wednesday. At that time was told Friday they would try to be there. NO SHOW. A week after my 1st call I called to office again and the very nice lady said she would talk to the tech. A couple days later they did call me to see if anyone was at home. Of course I wasn’t I was at work and had an appointment after work. (I did tell the office what time I got off at 2:00 and it needed to be after that.) while on the phone with the tech it was confirmed Monday at 10:00 and he would let the secretary know. Monday 10:00 came and again a NO SHOW. Come on guys I know my call wasn’t as important as some others that maybe didn’t have A/C but really you could you have worked me in between those calls. I think 14 days is a little long to wait for a service call. I did reach out to another company later that day and they could come the next day.

  I received the best price quote of all surrounding counties by 15%. The best part was Bradley and his team showed up 2 days later with the complete AC system and had it installed and chilling the same day! They laid plastic down on our carpet as to not track in dirt and were very professional. Following week I checked my energy bill and it has dropped 30% from the following bill when the old ac was working. The amount of money I will save with the new energy efficient AC will cover what the sir cost me in a short period of time! You have my business for life!

  We LOVE Morris A/C & Heating!!!! It doesn't matter what time of day or night 24/7, from the lady who answers the phone to the techs, and everyone in between, they are ALWAYS willing to help. We tell everyone who has issues with their units, or are in need of one to contact them. They are the BEST!!! 😁

  When my thermostat went out on my heat pump they saved me several hundred dollars with a solution that they were able to provide. Signed up for their maintenance program and the first year inder contract, one a cooling fans went out and I got a senior discount and there was no extra labor charged because they were there on an annual maintenance call.
