  Knee Deep never disappoints!! Robert and Noah were most professional and informative letting me know the details of my plumbing issue. I would be happy to have them in my home again.

  Robert and Noah did such a good job. They were on time and did all the repairs in a timely manner and even went out of their way after hours to make the repair happen for my family. The quality of their work was worth the price. Would highly recommend to everyone

  This is the 3rd time that Knee Deep Plumbing has come out to solve a problem for us. We keep calling them back because of their knowledge, efficiency, cost. This time it was Robert who came out. He was a joy. This time it was the simple task of retrieving a spoon lodged in our pipe. We thought it was a bum garbage disposal. He assured us that if that were the case he had one handy. He examined the situation and informed us of the good news. He didn’t try to up-sell us. He didn’t try to sell us a garbage disposal. He was terrific. It felt like our grandson had dropped by to get us out of a jam. We’ll ask for him next time.

  I appreciated the transparency. I think a lot of plumbers don’t like explaining what the issues are to homeowners 1. Because they expect them not to understand and 2. Because then they can’t argue or informedly consider more expensive quotes. I appreciated Nathan explaining why I was having the issues and offering multiple solutions / options. That kind of thing is important when you are young and don’t have all the cash in the world. I would recommend these guys to others.
