  Robert & Erik were a delight to have in our home. They were efficient and courteous. The Best thing they did, tho, was leave a clean work area. We could hardly tell they'd been here (except for the hole in the wall!)

  I had such a great experience today with plumbing repairs that I had to borrow my nephew's cell phone to write a review on Yelp. First of all I was dreading having to find a good plumber but my friend said "call Knee Deep and you won't be disappointed". I called Sue the office scheduler, who listened to my woes and immediately made me feel at ease! She set up a service appointment for me with Robert and Erik. They were punctual and made me feel like I had known them forever. Robert, the leader of this "dynamic duo", was extremely knowledgeable about the problems I was having and quickly went into action to take care of them. The quality of their work and the timelines of it was more than I expected. (Well done, Robert and Erik!). I felt like I not only got the plumbing issues corrected, but also found a reliable plumbing company that I definitely will use again as well as recommend to my friends. Ann Moody Denton, Texas

From the moment I called the office to the time Robert, the service technician, arrived, the entire experience was seamless and hassle-free. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary pressure.   We needed a new cartridge for a leaky shower and two partial toilet rebuilds, and Knee Deep delivered excellent work on short notice! Sue at the office always provides great customer service--professional, courteous, and super-efficient with scheduling. Robert the plumber was professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and made quick work of the whole job. Thanks very much, Knee Deep!!
