  Nate and Slade did a detailed and excellent job of installing a new hot water heater today. What I love about this company is they come out and give free quotes that are very timely and detailed to know exactly what will be done. Nate also came back that early evening because I had a question and concern. No hesitation about answering my questions and he put my mind at ease. Polite, thorough and professional. I highly recommend and will turn to them again with anything plumbing. 🚰🧰⚒️

  Sue once again was able to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. Nathan and Erik were very pleasant and explained what caused my issue. They got right to work and had my issue fixed quickly and showed me that things were working properly. Thank you KDP.

  I screwed up the outside hose faucet on a Friday afternoon. Knee Deep was able to send a crew in about half an hour. The house was built in 1959 and as with most projects from that age, it became bigger than originally planned. The connection inside the house, under the kitchen sink, immediately separated from an old, poorly done, soldered joint. Much of the under sink plumbing was the original except for the kluged dishwasher addition. There was much that needed to be redone. I was not surprised. The techs kept me informed all along the way and were able to set it right without having to stay too late on a Friday. I appreciated their skill & determination to get it right.

  Thank you much Nate and Erik…for being so kind and professional. I was working on some minor plumbing work when I noticed a drip from one of my connections. A review led me to Knee Deep plumbing for preventative maintenance. The receptionist was kind and even when they had to reschedule they kept me well informed. Nate and Erik preformed the work quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Thanks again Knee Deep.

  Robert performed an outstanding job with our multiple plumbing issues. He provided options and solutions that we had not considered. He provided updates on his work as he progressed through each issue. Robert is professional, personable, knowledgeable, honest and very efficient. Noah came out to assist with some of the work requiring two people and he was great. And an added bonus, Robert loves dogs. We have four and they were able to stay in the house while Robert took care things. And the dogs were comfortable with Robert and Noah working in the house - if you have dogs, you know why that matters. Additionally, Sue, the Office Manager, is awesome. One more note, we have been using Knee Deep Plumbing for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Additionally, Sue, the Office Manager, is awesome.
