  From the day the replaced my old unit(inside and out) there has been nothing but trouble. Every year they need to add coolant because they didn’t do a good job soldering the lines. Their own service techs said the install was garbage. The owner comes out and is nothing but money hungry. Tries to talk his way out of the crap they did. Even during the warranty phase of the unit, they tried to charge me over $800 for “labor” on a part. The tech was not even there two hours. Tech said he drove to Ft.Worth to get the part but they didn’t have it and found the part locally when he came back. It was his way of getting out of servicing the unit anymore. The owner is not about making the customer happy, he’s about the dollar bill. Would not recommend this company. Service techs were good and informative.

  One of our HVAC units decided to stop working as soon as it hit triple digits (of course). When calling around town to see who could come out to fix it, Cogburn’s was the only company to answer the phone and come out same day. Serena was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

  Friendly, pricey but some questions. Paid 886 to have a noisy unit fixed. Claimed needed new fan motor unit one year old. Replaced and did not fix. Next day owner (very nice guy and knowledgeable) found a stuck contact and replaced. Fixed. Another 253. Ouch. I am Senior with fixed income you would think they might consider parts cost only (no markup) since it was misdiagnosed. No they want another 253. Sorry. No future with them. In Texas, you screw up you fix. Not these.

  Cogburns is a great company to work with. From the awesome office staff to the technicians,, the company is a good one to work with. Ricky, our favorite technician, is ALWAYS so professional, kind, helpful.
