  Ryan Hamilton and his buddy replaced my heating and air conditioning units and installed brand new units. Because of the age of my trailer they had to rebuild a support . These gentleman went beyond replacing it. They did it with respect, courtesy, and showed me how to use it before he left. It's a smart unit you can control it through your phone, who knew. Thank you guys very much, I will spread the great service your company has.

  Austin did an outstanding job installing our Level 2 charger, and his professionalism showed from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, walked through the options with real clarity, and made sure the final setup looked clean, intentional, and matched how we use the space. His attention to detail was obvious in the way he routed everything, tested the system, and checked in repeatedly to be sure we were happy with both the appearance and the operation. It was the kind of thorough, customer‑focused work that makes you feel confident the job was done right.

  Frustrating experience late in the relationship. We’ve been using Hunter for 2-3 years since we bought our house in Denison. Had been pretty satisfied, but the past couple months we’ve had them out multiple times for the same issue and they keep telling me the system is working as designed. NO, the system is not designed to continue heating even when switched off. NO, the system is not designed to continue heating 8 degrees above the set point. Called to cancel our monthly membership with them and the rep said she would process the cancellation and forward our info to the service manager. That sounded encouraging so I waited the full next day before calling another company, thinking maybe they would want to take the opportunity to make it right, but they never called so… yeah, if they don’t care, neither do we.

  The salespeople & installers were all very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to & got right to work. They were knowledgeable, courteous & answered questions. They brought what they needed & made sure to clean up the removed old air ducts. They double checked before they left that I was satisfied & that my heater was working to my satisfaction. They had reasonable prices.
