  David really helped us out today with a last minute inspection. My husband and I decided we needed one for our new build after seeing some concerning condensation on some vents. David squeezed us in same day and really took his time going through our house and making sure nothing was missed. We really appreciated his knowledge and thoroughness and will definitely use him in the future!!

  I had issues with my garage foundation and hired Allied Foundation to do the work. They had to dig four holes inside the garage. Unfortunately, they started digging without any warning, even though our family’s shoes and belongings were still in the area. As a result, dust spread everywhere throughout the garage and nearby areas. I was under the impression that the crew would clean up after completing the work, but that did not happen. When I contacted their office, I was told they could send someone to clean up after a week. Expecting a customer to live with that amount of dust for a week is unacceptable. In the end, I had to hire a cleaning company myself and spent an additional $150 to get the area cleaned. To make matters worse, the concrete patching and finishing work over the holes was poorly done and looked very unprofessional. If you value cleanliness and proper finishing after a foundation repair job, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I am very disappointed with the lack of cleanup, communication, and overall attention to detail.

  We had 16 piers installed. It was our second estimate. The first company was going to install 8 piers for more money and they didn't even notice the garage needed piers too. Also, we recently sold the house and there was no fee or warranty to transfer, it stays with the house. The other company charges 250 and the new buyer has 90 days to transfer the warranty or they lose it. We definitely recommend Allied, they're an honest company and did a great job.

  We recently had warranty work completed on our foundation repair, and while Allied Foundation stood behind their warranty and completed the work, Pete is the person who truly made the experience exceptional. Pete was actually the original representative who sold us our foundation repair, and years later, when warranty work was needed, he stepped in once again and reminded us why we trusted him in the first place. At the beginning of the process, we often felt like our concerns weren't being fully understood and the experience was becoming increasingly stressful. The moment Pete got involved, everything changed. Pete didn't treat us like just another customer or warranty claim. He took personal ownership of the situation and made sure we felt heard, respected, and supported from start to finish. He consistently followed up, answered every question, addressed every concern, and gave us confidence that things were being handled the right way. When anxiety and uncertainty started to creep in, Pete was the person who brought reassurance and peace of mind. What impressed us most was that he didn't just talk about customer service—he demonstrated it. He was there during the work, remained actively involved throughout the process, and even stayed after hours when the job ran long to make sure everything was completed properly and that we were comfortable with the outcome. It's rare to find someone who is so invested in taking care of their customers long after the original sale, but Pete never stopped looking out for us. I also want to recognize the foreman, David. He was a charming, kind professional who immediately helped put us at ease. He understood that the situation inside our home felt abnormal and unsettling to us, even though it was something his team deals with regularly. He calmly explained the process, reassured us that everything could be fixed, and brought a level of confidence and compassion that made a stressful day much easier to get through. Foundation work is stressful no matter who you are, but Pete's dedication, professionalism, integrity, and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one where we felt supported every step of the way. Allied Foundation is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Pete representing their company. Quite simply, he is the kind of employee every company wishes they had and every customer hopes they get to work with.

  We had a great experience with this foundation company. The crew was professional, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the work on time. They also did an excellent job with cleanup, leaving the property neat and free of debris when the work was finished. Overall, the quality of the work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.
