  We had a great experience from the start with Alpha Omega. I called late in the evening and my phone call was returned the next morning. We bought a house with a lot of DIYs done. The well pump was one of them and led to low water pressure. I forgot our tech's name, but he was so knowledgeable and professional. He got us back up and running with excellent water pressure. When you move to a new area, you worry about calling people. I am so glad to have found Alpha Omega! Thank you for taking such good care of us. We appreciate it.

  If you need a new water well drilled, stop looking for companies and HIRE ALPHA OMEGA NOW! We stumbled upon AO after signing a contract with another company who we thought had integrity, however, we learned the hard way, that was not the case. Enter... Alpha Omega to the rescue! They took over our permit immediately and got us on their schedule. We ended up waiting about 6 weeks from signing a contract with them to when they started drilling (Spring weather delays)! Every single person we spoke to or who worked on our property was friendly, professional and honest. We ended up needing to switch from air drilling to mud drilling midway through and the guys made this transition seamless and explained the process which really calmed my anxiety after the first hole didn't want to stay open when casing. They were able to mud drill the original hole and cased it without issue. The drilling team was knowledgeable and left our property as clean as possible after drilling a well, even bringing a tractor out to clean up a lot of the sand and mud that comes with drilling. Alpha Omega has very competitive pricing. and We ended up saving thousands compared to what we were originally quoted by multiple other companies. They are by far the most reasonably priced drilling company we found. They own their equipment and are priced to stay busy.... not drain their customers bank accounts! I'd recommend Alpha Omega Water Wells to anyone who needs a well drilled and or general well maintenance. They are THE BEST! I'd hire them again if I ever need another well drilled (hopefully not, but ya never know)! Thank you so much AO family! Y'all are amazing!!

  This company has some of the sweetest gentlemen to work there!!! They didn't work on a well for myself but they did help a neighbor out in a time of need during this winter mess. Thank you for all that you did you are truly a blessing and you'll never know how much you're kindness has meant. These men are a blessing from God, thank you!!!

  Alpha Omega is great to work with. Annie got me on the schedule quickly and Jesse came out and got me taken care of. Excellent communication and customer service. I'll definitely be using them again
