She sent two very nice and knowledgeable men out on Saturday morning and discovered within a few minutes what the problem was and corrected it. The problem was a multi-year buildup of hardened grease from running the dishwasher. I know it will eventually happen again so I added Dayton Plumbing into my phone speed dial.
