  Josie is very unprofessional, and shouldn't be dealing with any of your customers. We wish we would have read reviews before we used Williams Insulation. Installers didn't speak English, so the couldn't understand any direction from the GC. They blew insulation into the HVAC pan causing it to clog up. Our client is disabled and was without AC for 2 days in over 90 degree weather. Fortunately, our go to HVAC made an emergency call out after hours to remedy the issue. The Regional Manager too was very unprofessional and would not provide us with a Certificate of Insurance or contact information for someone in the Risk Management department. We'll definitely be finding another insulation company to do business with. It's ashame the owner has such unprofessional individuals to represent his company.
