  Gabriel and Matt have been the absolute best to work with and did an impeccable job installing our new gas line to the kitchen, installing a water pressure reducer, and reinstalling a toilet. The service and price could not be beat and I'm so glad I did my research and chose Mother Modern to do this work!

  Jerry and Christa came to my home and were very polite people .They were very informative and walk me through the process of having a new water heater.They worked efficiently and removed and took my old water heater so I was very appreciative of that .Everytime we spoke they always had a smile on their face which was very welcoming and reassurance these were nice hard working people .Im very grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them and this company to anyone with plumbing issues in their home ‘

  I called yesterday morning at 7:45 AM. Got an immediate response and had someone make a service call before 5 o’clock today. Professional from the first moment of contact. I loved having the communication as well. We’re not sure how immediate we will need to install a new water heater, but I got all the information I needed while he was here including a price range which I appreciated.

  I had a truly outstanding experience with Mother Modern Plumbing. Their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction was evident from the very first phone call. When I explained that our water heater had failed, our water was shut off, we had family visiting, and we have four young children at home, Melvin immediately understood the urgency of the situation. He prioritized our service call and arranged for a technician to come out the very same day to replace our water heater. This was especially impressive since another local plumber in McKinney, Texas had quoted a two-day wait for installation. Technician Jerry Williams was professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He worked diligently to complete our water heater replacement with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. His installation was clean, efficient, and clearly performed to a high standard. What stood out most was Jerry’s genuine commitment to doing the job right. He took the time to ensure everything was completed properly, answered my questions, and thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving.   ASA I made a post, my phone blew up with so many calls. Mother Plumber wasn’t the 1st call, but they were the best; a no fuss, “we’re on our way with options” kind of folk. From the telephone ladies, (Daddy & Rachel) to being the first to show at my door; politely showing me options for my problem was Jesse; and of course we can’t forget the technician with all the helpful tips, and cleaning as he go’s Matthew. I am now a member and will never loose sleep over any of my plumbing needs. Thank God for talent! I must admit, they did not give me the option for buying my own water heater, But when I did ask for a install only price, they were happy to give that quote it and do great work. It’s also matters if you have the item (water heater in my case) delivered to your home to help with Price and also add an extended warranty So you don’t have to deal again until you’re ready. If you KOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP your maintenance for the year is covered! That’s so awesome!
