The work space was small and the system of pipes was not normal, but he never said anything other than “I’ll get it done.” He got both unclogged and both units are back up. Super experience all around.

They worked with a manufacturer’s rep after hours but couldn’t figure it out. Had to wait over the weekend to get a technician out Monday to find the problem but he was awesome despite the heat in our attic. They sent a second tech out the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly and it is
