  Genuine & Grateful ★★★★★ I can’t say enough good things about Moss Heating Cooling Plumbing! After more than four years and 12+ service calls trying to get answers to ongoing issues, Nathan and Dustin came out and finally figured it all out in one visit. They not only identified the answers to questions I’ve been asking for years, but also fixed some communication wiring that shouldn’t have been spliced and, most importantly, came up with an actual solution for the ongoing issues. Nathan and Dustin were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely determined to get to the bottom of things. After years of frustration, I finally feel like we have a path forward. Thank you, Moss, for sending two guys who clearly know their stuff. Highly recommend!

  Tanner installed a brand new system at our daughter’s house in June 2024. He was so professional and so knowledgeable that we referred two other households to Moss (especially Tanner). Tanner came to our house today because her system was down and due to his extensive knowledge he was able to correct the problem quickly He represents the company with the highest level of integrity. We will continue to refer friends and neighbors to Moss if they need a new AC unit

  Moss Heating and cooling sent Grant over to my house in Rockwall. He was very awesome and thorough in his approach. He did great in re-balancing my AC air all around the House. He answered all my questions thoroughly and he was patient with me. He took his time in examining every component of the furnace in the attic and outside the house in the 100 degree sweltering heat. I recommend Grant 100 percent. Ask for him if you ever need AC service work from Moss!!! Thank you Grant!!!!

  Our AC is one year old and since we bought our new house the AC has never really been cooling the way a new AC should be. They came did some fixes even though the AC was cooling but it never reaches the temperature or takes a while to cool down. We have our one year warranty scheduled and Moss came to check the AC and said that the fan coil had to be replaced but the same day after they left the AC was no longer cooling. We have to literally put the temperature at 66 degrees for it to cool down to 74 degrees and the humidity is very high. We waited and they finally came to replace the fan coil we thought it would be better but not. It even got worse. The AC is literally not cold anymore. Everything got worse after Moss came. My AC has never been like that. They came again saying that whoever installed the fan coil didn’t do a proper job with the pipes so they will come back again. Last night my house was literally warm. We were at 76 degrees in the house even though we turn the AC on to 65 already nothing has helped. It’s getting worse with the days and we are having sleepless nights because of have warm it is. I don’t know how much longer we need to wait for it to finally be fixed. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I don’t know how they got the good reviews if they came 3 times and still the problem wasn’t fixed. This is seriously too bad right now. They don’t even take this matter serious. Update from one star to five stars!!!: After struggling with the AC not cooling at all for so long the AC is finally fixed. THANKS TO CRISTIAN CARRIZALES! He’s the one that finally found the problem. He’s the one that’s willing to come out after 8pm and took the time and effort to look for the issue. All the previous technicians that came never found the problem until Cristian came. We are very happy and satisfied right now. Even though it was a struggle but thank you Cristian and Moss AC and Heating to finally get the AC working.
