    Just called Moss this evening when my A/C attic pan water alarm went off. Tanner came right out at 9pm! Couldn't ask for a nicer guy and now I can sleep peacefully knowing I'm not going to have a water leak in my attic! They are going to send more help in the Am to finish some things out. Well done Moss!

    “I contacted this locksmith company for a lock replacement service after moving into a new home. The appointment scheduling process seemed simple at first, but the actual service experience was disappointing. The technician arrived much later than expected and did not clearly explain the pricing before starting the work. After the installation, the lock felt stiff and difficult to use, especially from the outside. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but responses were delayed and unhelpful. Considering the amount charged, I expected much higher quality workmanship and better communication.”

    UPDATE: Moss came out and made this situation right. They called me to discuss what went wrong and asked if they could fix it. I agreed, and they just left — and yes, they absolutely made things right. They took the time to explain everything, completed some repair work, showed me pictures, and walked me through the possible issues. I really appreciate Kelly coming out and taking the time to make sure everything was handled properly. We will definitely call Moss again in the fall for our annual heater check. Thank you! We had Moss come out today for our annual AC service on two properties, and the experience fell well below expectations. In the past, when the company operated as Veterans, the service felt customer-focused. Routine tasks like replacing filters and cleaning the outdoor coils were standard. This time, those basics were not done at all, which raises the question of what the visit actually accomplished. Instead, there was a noticeable push toward upselling repairs and replacements that don’t seem necessary. We were told the units look great, yet were still presented with expensive “preventative” options, including a repair quoted at around $4,000. That kind of sales approach feels excessive, especially when there are no current issues with the systems. There was also an attempt to sell additional programs that now include plumbing checks, which felt unrelated to the service we scheduled and added to the overall frustration. Based on this experience, we will be moving both properties to a different company that prioritizes actual service over sales tactics.

    I had a great experience with Moss Heating & Air. Robert did an excellent job understanding my needs and recommended upgrading from a 2.5-ton to a 3.5-ton unit, along with adding an extra supply and return plenum. He also pointed out the need for a 7x8 copper line outside, which gave me confidence that everything was being addressed properly. Miguel and the installation team were fantastic—arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as planned. They were thorough and made sure the system was fully tested before wrapping up. Overall, very professional and smooth experience. I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail. Looking forward to putting the new HVAC system to the test on a hot Texas day!

The service was fast, affordable and the unit is running efficiently now. I appreciated how responsive they were to my calls and the whole experience was reliable from start to finish.
